I loved the app PRIOR to the update. No longer avle to view appointments for my soon when logged in with my . Also lots of unnecessary extra steps to make an appointment. I really liked being able to check vitals in the old app. Have not been able to find it in the new app. Assuming they did away with that function.

This app is not friendly and you cannot update personal information. I accidentally spelled my dependent cares name wrong and it will not let me update, nor does the "chat wok someone" button work.

The new app doesn't seem to work for families, and so is useless to us. I tried to sign up for one of my kids, and it assumes I'm always the same person. It can't deal with using one email address for multiple patients.

App is pretty much a joke. Not sure what the point is. I started my documents online & finished check in. Then I ed seeing message about how to get app on home page & able to track. I ed for that purpose. I had to refill & resubmit same info, but fine, if I can stay home & track. Immediately afterwards it told me I was number 18. I never saw again nor is there a place to go find that. No way to notify I've arrived. the QR code to scan on arrival for those checked in doesn't work.

The application did install but this is the only successful interaction I had with this product. The verification pin rarely works and when adding my daughter to the it forced me to as her and thus I could no longer see my own information. The website often fails and cancelled multiple appointments as well. This experience is so bad I no longer seek care at this provider for any reason. If your intake process is this bad what else is deficient?

You're instructed to get the app so you can check test results, specifically for covid. There is no place in the app to check test results, it just forwards you to the website that also doesn't have a place to check results.

Total waste of time !!! Filled out all requested information. I even ed pictures of my insurance card; but when I got there they said I had to take pictures of my info and email it to them. App indicated I was 6th in line. Went straight to the clinic. There was ONLY 2 people ahead of me when I arrived. They kept taking walk-ins while I sat for 2 hours. Then they said the soonest I could get in was 6:30. I'm deleting this worthless app.
