The app works, when it wants too. If a bus is too close to the stop it won't show live times. if your phone locks or the app is open in the background it fails to load any bus stop. I have been unable to buy tickets on the app multiple times, the "buy" button just does not respond. not a great app, I don't bother using it anymore, it's easier to just guess

Horrible app. Buses go past me early before I even get to bus stop as they early. The tracker system doesn't track the busses properly and sometimes doesn't track at all. PayPal and Google play doesn't work to buy tickets. It hasn't saved my card details. You need to learn from nottinham transport. They are amazing and more modern than this piece of trash of an app. Oh and the app misses out some bus times

Bus tracking has improved but still prone to refusing to activate tickets randomly or suddenly forgetting which area you are in often meaning you miss a connection. I have taken to carrying cash as well due to reliability issues, as you cannot guarantee it will work when needed, and drivers won't wait for you to restart the app or your phone. The app now since the last update no longer saves card details.

Got it cause Stagecoach has some mobile tickets that you unfortunately can't get in physical form. The app itself works well. Upping the brightness when you show a ticket is a nice touch, and it's cool to be able to buy tickets right on the app. One thing I wish they'd change is the requirement to open the app with WiFi every eight hours. If you don't have data, your ticket could expire, even though they have plenty of other authentication features, like the timer. Otherwise, it works fine.

Counterintuitive, slow and incredibly glitchy. Useful for checking if your bus is on time but not much else. Some issues: Timetables only show buses with full timetables seemingly unavailable. Search popup constantly grows and shrinks making it hard to tap the search bar. Search results appear and disappear. Bus stops take several seconds to load on the map and disappear when you pan or switch apps until you zoom out and in again. Bus tracking comes and goes with no indication of why.

Waited for a bus and it just never came. The app said it was coming and then when the time ed it just disappeared. Didn't help that the next three buses were also delayed. The app is just inaccurate. I wouldn't trust it to say when a bus is going to turn up. Very disappointing and also stressful as I was depending on the bus to get me somewhere.

Have missed so many buses due to this app. So inaccurate ... adding to this review. Since an update, now it's worse! Buses literally disappear off screen and bus times are blank... adding to this review a second time: said a bus was 20mins late to be told by someone it was on time and I missed it, so the app was wrong again. Another adding, Dec 2024, said bus was cancelled when it wasn't.

Well, the first time I got it, it just continously logged me out. Then it worked perfectly fine, and then now every time it asks me for my card details even though I've saved them and everything. This Is happening each time I go to buy a ticket now, and it never did this before! I get really bad anxiety talking to people, so this app helped me. But now it's making things worse I'm being late for my school bus because of this app
