The app does not the usage of favourite routes (even though that option exists in the app). Furthermore, I always need to choose my start and end location twice because the select box is bugged. Finally, there is NO option to buy a ticket for my dog (not in the app, not via ticket machine and not in person) and conducters in the train always say that I need one and want to make me pay additional 500 RSD for it even though I have no option of acquiring it before entering the train.

Overall the application is ok, however there are some issues: 1. You can't select seats for some trains. Please add seat selections. 2. For some reason, taking screenshots is prohibited. It's completely inconvenient of you want to purchase tickets for someone else. Please allow taking screenshots.

Works. You can an on the website without a phone number and use it to in the app after. My main complaint is I can't easily see the route of the train I bought a ticket for after purchase unless I search for the stations again and that the tickets are a pdf instead of better integrated into the app is a bit sloppy. Otherwise the app works for it's purpose and is very usable despite not being available in English.

App does not data, as well as the data about seats in train is false. It states that there are free places on train (when you can clearly see in train that there are free places), but does not let you buy ticket. If it was possible, it would be zero stars. Fix this stupid application.

I can reliably buy random tickets with it, however in the train everyone sits where they want. I think one of the reasons: the dumb seat allocation logic, that does not take into seats layout in the train. If I buy 2 tickets, I want to sit next to a person for whom I bought the 2nd ticket for, yet it almost never the case. Another big problem is that the app does not display ticket details. You have to PDF, and use a separate PDF viewer app to display it.

bought ticket in app, less than 1h later the train got canceled, i went to the station they said they dont know anything about the app and cant help me or return money, that i need to do it all via app, thats all they know. I sent a ticket hours ago, it also says its going to return 90% of the money. The train is canceled im not returning the ticket. The station staff should return the money, delete the ticket from the system, it updates the list on the app, thats it. No send a ticket, and wait

Did you hear about idempotency? I had freezed button and pressed it twice, and i have now 2 tickets (i fill form once, select trip once, select card once, but i have 2 tickets!) Please, don't let these people access to developing! Especially apps concerning finance!

App does not my data which should be top option so I can always be logged in and buy tickets swiftly while on the go towards railroad station. I see from other s reviews that there are other problems as well, so please hire new dev team and do this app properly. I don't wanna buy tickets from your railroad station staff, where buying a ticket is tedious and very slow process since all those Slavicas need an additional training of how to sell tickets easily and with prompt.
