As a result of combat injuries, my hearing has been shot to pieces for years! I suffer from severe tinnitus from rocket attacks. NHS Signia hearing aids have completely changed my life and this app, which allows me to manually adjust the sound levels and sound direction, has been a godsend. I love this app, specially in the presence of screaming kids!!!!

Better than streamer/remote. More options (treble/bass balance, directionality, mask-carriers adjustment). Don't like: the way how volume etc. can only be adjusted through a slider widget, instead of through "+" and "-" buttons for ambi-sinistrous people with 5 thumbs on each hand. 😙

Doesn't seem to work half the time. Streaming sound is either left or right, never both. Bluetooth constantly disconnects and then reconnects. If the app to hearing aid isn't working properly then how do I know that the hearing aid is actually working? Documentation is extremely poor too. Seems to be getting worse and the actual hearing aids seem to be rubbish after 3 months. Will be returning them and asking for my €5000 back

Constantly locking up and won't open. Regret going with this device. 17 JAN 25 Update. I am still very dissatisfied with these aids. They are supposed to automatically connect to my android, but rarely do, and before you respond to reinstall the app, I have, several times. That alone is a concern. With today's technology, what app designer are you saving money with that requires us to reinstall the app to install updates? I'm going to speak to the VA about another option.

Wao - bluetooth connection was improved tremendously - works good now. The location service is also not requested anymore. Great - I can really recommend the app like that! The only thing that still does not work is: once the switch-on-delay was turned off it cannot be turned on again, the setting does not change anything

I don't know what to say about the app. When I first received my hearing aids (about 3 weeks ago) everything was fine that day. I took them off that night, did as instructed. That was the last time I've had both aids working. Connection issues or callers can't hear me or I can't hear them. 🫣🤨 Wasn't that I initial problem? At this point, I feel like it's more of a hassle than asking people over and over to repeat themselves. 🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️

A lot of times the app just doesn't respond like things are grayed out like volume. I can switch two different settings but every setting doesn't allow me to move the volume up and down this happens a lot lately. I don't know if you need to do an update or what but I'm going to installing and reinstalling to see if it fixes the problem. Also the fact that the app doesn't have a track your hearing aid feature for Android but does for iPhone is kind of ridiculous too.

every week I'm have something going on with my hearing aids. pain that I have to keep going back. Plus, on top of it, the audiologist cam never seemed to get it corrected. Now I have one hearing aid that is totally not working at all. The other one i can't hear with it, but I can still get music and stuff coming through. After $6000 and 2 months a total waste of my benefits package and my time.
