Update 16. August 2024: down to one star! Why on earth do I need to to view my devices? The app lost the while I was out of cellular network and I could not check the battery! Old: Why do I need to activate location services to connect to the bt-2? That makes no sense. Also I need to restart the app very often, as it does not update the battery data. And is there a manual? The app shows abnormal condition 08, but what does this mean?

Who is the person modifying program?! ISomeone again has modified the program and put more bugs in it. Now when you go into settings option, the app goes into some sort of loop with a pause circle appearing every few seconds so it is not possible to make an entry! When are these people going to hire competent programers! Shows weak testing abilities! In my day I would have fired such incompetent programming!

I was trying to find a way to the developer. This app is the only access to my inverter as far as data. Not to friendly always have to log back in. Have to be 10ft near the Bluetooth for it to work. No history or graph for previous data. Someone else has a different system and they get all kinds of resources on their system which I was looking forward to. Renogy, I thought was a brand name to have such a terrible platform for data. The app needs a good overhaul. needs alerts.

App is basically useless. I purchased renogy products under the impression that I could see my data and even paid extra for parts to help monitor. This app is useless. It does not track data. Every time I open the app my One Core is not connected. If I want to do the rv leveling from my phone it has to be open on the one core or it just says everything level. Total waste of money. Wish I would have went with a different brand.

Received the brand new 60 amp Rover lite charge controller and it had no Bluetooth connectivity from the start, using the BT-2 module. The app also crashed trying repeatedly to my 3 Renogy recent device purchases. I tried the automatic and manual s/n entry multiple times - no joy. Returning the controller for replacement and see what happens. Very disappointed in this company's products at this point.

I bought a BT-2 Bluetooth module to monitor my Renogy DC DC charger. (Charger and 100ah battery working fine.) App initially connected. Every subsequent use it refuses to connect to the BT-2, making my purchase effectively useless. Thanks a lot for the useless app, Renogy, and the money I wasted on your Bluetooth module! Useless app... It's unable to pair with my renogy BT-2 Bluetooth Module which renders the device completely useless. Then their customer service ends up being non-existent so you're left with no options but to trash the hardware or return it. My advice, stay away from Renogy.

Needs a lot of work. I have to have to force restart the app all the time. Sometimes it won't even pick up some devices unless you restart the phone. It also doesn't do any data logging. You can't see how much you gained or used throughout the day, and you can't go back to see how much energy you have made or used over the weeks/months, etc. It seems to log total energy charged/discharged but it doesn't say when it started logging, or again graph it out or anything. Needs a lot of work
