one of the most horrible experiences ever!! I used priceline for years, now with a hotel reservation in ventura county and a sickness / cancelation that got me nowhere. 4 times I them, not able to get a refund, or partial refund... they lost my business!! if you can, do your self's a favor, avoid dealing with them, an unnecessary headache, their policy does not cover cancelations because of sickness.... HORRIBLE!!

Not happy with what just happened. I used the Express Deal for hotels priced at $62 per night. I went to purchase and the app crashed. Opened the app to try the express deal again and the price went up to $76. Started a new search and now the price is $96 for the exact selection of hotels. Lost trust with this app.

The app is actually great, but I want to bring one thing to everyone's attention. I have a Galaxy S20. I had some earbuds (Ultrabands USB-C earbuds, Helix) plugged into my phone, they were working fine. I began ing the Priceline app, and the moment it finished, they could no longer be recognized by my device. I tried everything, such as restarting my device and deleting the cache and date for USB settings, but nothing worked. Making the connection, I uninstalled Priceline, and it worked

I was terribly disappointed by the lack of consistency and knowledge of staff during my multiple calls. My 1st phone call was answered with that the system was unfortunately down and to call back in 30 minutes. I understand that some things are out of people's hands. My 2nd call was answered and I was told that my reservation plans (hotel and rental) could not be canceled together. I could cancel my rental, but not the hotel. In short 5 phone calls & 2 hours of no helpful results. Terrible

So a bunch of the other reviews are not wrong, the common areas of the hotel could use some TLC and attention however nothing is so terrible that it can't be looked over. The actual hotel rooms are MORE THAN SUFFICIENT especially considering the extremely affordable rates ($55 Sun-Thur & $90-100 Friday and Saturday). You won't find those rates ANYWHERE else in the county except for the places you absolutely DO NOT WANT TO STAY. Overall I can CONFIDENTLY give this hotel a 4 star rating.

Tried to use affirm but when the page returned it wasn't on the same hotel destination I choose. Tried to get to refund me not even a minute after so I wouldn't have to drive two hours away from my destination thanks to an error but they told me I am out of luck and can either cancel and lose my money or go to the hotel.

Has helped multiple times in saving money on hotels! I always recommend reseting the app, to get more deals d to you cause they are more than willing. Trip advisor could never!! I only use this app for hotels, also for anyone being a first timer using these apps, CALL THE HOTEL FIRST BEFORE BOOKING. It's not these websites fault some of these places arnt set up like they imply to accept payment easily through a third party. I've always called and only once had issue, didn't stay there.

Did a car rental. Prepaid as well. Went to pick up the car from the rental place. They said they dont rent to people with a Colorado Drivers licence. Then they told me to Priceline for a full refund. Of the $500.14 they took for the prepay. They only refunded $182 of the amount. Priceline effectively stole $318.14 from me. They continue to refuse to refund me the full amount so I had to dispute the charge with my bank. I had no issues using a different plateform for getting a car rental.
