I like how I don't have to do anything more than click through when fueling. When the app works. Constantly crashing, need to reset , can't reset because app won't open... rinse and repeat. App forgets who's it is, , biometrics and loyalty card info. It isn't my end, loves works fine. This is why I haven't pumped a gallon in one of their stores for a month. same reason why I won't have anything to do with TA. UPDATE: VPN must be OFF for app to launch or be used.

The improvements have been great, the texting when shower ready is a huge improvement! The only suggestion I have right now is...the month long deals that you can use over and over like get "x" for $2. If I want to buy 3 of them it should be $6 but it's not. We have to do 3 separate transactions for $2 each. When there's a line of people, the cashier's are very annoyed by this.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I can NEVER reserve a spot on this app. It will not let you pay, it throws a message about 'not being able to connect to the system', when I enter creditcard information..The funny part about this is, the updated version is worse,,,, once I get in, if I dare come out of it, it will not open again until a couple hours, it keeps buffering. Sometimes it is unable to give the mobil fueling code, then I have to go inside to get the pumps started. What's the point?

When I rated this app x amount of years ago, I loved it. It was short, sweet, and simple...over the years, yes it's gotten better..but I've noticed a few issues, easily overlooked. But now..this app hardly ever connects anymore. It just keeps rolling through the beginning screen..and by that time, im already off the road in the lot, fueled up and rolling on..still the same thing. Now, when it works...or it fricken works! But when it dont..we'll, same...it fricken don't..and it don't more.

Coming back to re-review. I took a 2 month hiatus from driving for personal reasons. I updated the app, and it seems that it has become faster... But only time will tell. I still think the moving graphics need to go. We don't want a pretty app with tons of moving parts. We want an app that will be functional on a DSL internet connection. Seems like y'all removed the unnecessary code. Good job thus far. Keep it up and I MIGHT give 5 stars.

Idk who is working on the remote check in on the app but I can't get it to load to the home screen. Much less connect to ANY wifi at any stop across the country! It was working fine 2 years ago, but slowly it has just decided to not work more and more and all I have is this drive safe backdrop. I'm parked on a pump trying to get the app to load and it just won't work.

They force you to go through a humiliation ritual every time you level up points for the month by clicking "woo-hoo" "let's do this" buttons and there is no way to x out of it. The app is constantly fishing for your phone number so they can text you and wake you up about deals on dorito chips. I'm sick of pilot. When the app works it's fine but half the time it doesn't and the pumps themselves are staggered because they are lazy and it's a PITA. Also people that fuel at pilot camp on the pumps

I've used this app numerous times to get gas and it has worked just fine. usually they put a hold and release it as soon as I'm done pumping except for today. they want to hold so much that they overdraft my card and I got gas at 5 am and they still currently haven't released it and when I talked to someone they said oh it's not us even though it's a pending charge from them my bank says I have to wait for the merchant to release it this is ridiculous and of course it's right before mother's day
