Fraud under the name of Same Day delivery. Promises to deliver by 9:00 pm on the same day but does not deliver. Their customer care says that it may take upto 48 hours for resolution. Scam! Update: Express order get delivers in 3 days. Do not purchase their plus hip. There is nothing beneficial and when you try to cancel the hip they do not process your refund. Their customer care is not helpful at all. Only order from this app when you want to destroy your mental peace.

Worst functioning app ever seen. It's not opening at all since I placed an order on the 27th of October. AND IT HAS NOT YET DELIVERED MY PRODUCT , THE TIME OF WHICH WAS BY 1ST OF NOV. Used to be my go-to app to order meds. But lately I haven't been able to pay online on this app since last month. I have the app updated. But whenever I try to pay, the OTP just never arrives. I don't have this problem with any other app. It happened again just now and then I ordered for the same meds from 1MG and there was no problem there in making payments. I had a very bad bad experience with this app. Tried to send medicine and glucometer for my siter in Pune and they took 3 days. There is no option to cancel once you have paid. We had to wait to refuse the delivery. Yes they returned the money, but i am teuely disappointed.

Ram from customer team has helped me to get my refund and resolve my problem. How ever it was very bad experience in this time. In this time, I received wrong item instead of medicine, without any address proof or bill over the pocket but OTP match. I suffer a lot to get my refund. On medicine there's no flat discount but offer show flat discount. I think zuno is better than pharmacy.

I found the service number one & recommend to all.However,for discount only a small amount is adjusted.Alongwith charges for courier service increase the cost of medicine.Otherwise laboratory test service is excellent & discount is good.Also kindly note onemore thing,'Saved for Later' medicine information is not complete, regarding Salt,clear quantity is not mentioned.I hope,you will find these suggestions quite useful,thanks.
