Since last update the app often takes several tries to start because it crashes before it loads. When it does load, it takes anywhere between 30 seconds and 2 minutes (on a device more powerful than some recent laptops) only to show you ad with a special offer that you bought already and you have to skip over, and when you are done using it, it will stay running on the background and drain your battery.

AVOID!!! horrible service. I've been using them for a while now and there are a lot of problems. In the app they say you can use the bikes for 2hrs with a subscription but they start charging you after 30mins. They will also overcharge you when their system is not working. The is also horrible. They never pick up the phone and ignore messages you send them through the app.

Was happily using the service, then when I installed Android Q public beta 5 (RC) it just crashed on startup. Waited a few weeks, no fix as of yet. Maybe a fix would be great. Still doesn't work with Android 10 final. Since it's release more than two month ago... :(

The service is good, the bikes are slow but great for small rides in the city. The app is kinda bad. There is no available, the help pages are in chineese, the app says you can send an email only from mondays to fridays. Also there is a problem with the payment process, I can't renew my even though it should have renewed automatically, and now I am stucked.

I got an unlimited riding plan for the one month I was in Santiago. Everything was fine until something went wrong with the app after about 8-9 days and I had to top-up my balance to keep using it, but the app wouldn't let me. Tried ing customer service twice. It's been almost 3 weeks, I'm back to Canada and still havent heard back from them, it would be useless if they did ed me now anyways. I basically got a few rides out of my monthly plan. Mobike customer service is just nonexistent.

The map is inaccurate, and there are barely any bikes in my area. The first (and last) time I rode a bike, after spending an age searching for it, I found out it was broken. The lever thing you use to end the ride was broken, so it charged me for 5 minutes longer than I rode. I tried to report this but I've no idea if I was able to. After this unsuccessful experience I deleted the app and forgot about it. Customer service is abysmal. Here are a few more issues I have with the app: you can't copy and paste the customer services email or deactivate your . I don't recommend that anyone get the app in its current state. A* for concept, though.

The machine is ok, very light and designed for short trips. One gear only so can't go far. The customer service: poor! Takes days to resolve simple issues. Price: very good compared to competitors. £1 for 20 mins ride. You also get monthly options and yearly. Hidden charges: The service charge for "improper parking" is absolutely ridiculous. I parked bike at the same spot i always use and somehow they decided that it falls outside the blue zone. Can't use app unless i pay £20. Had to delete

Too tricky! Risk to time and money, even if the rules are clear.... Still waiting for my 20 euros refund. Being on a rush, I still took the time to read that there were restricted areas, but I was moving within the same area (central line around St Paul +- 1 stop) so I assumed that a bike could be taken there... Well: 80% of London is NOT allowed... and the most busy part (Bank) is one of the exclusions... quite convenient (I mean for them, charging us) Back to my point: I was on a rush to ride for 1.5 miles. Regardless of the warnings, not being allowed in the center of the city, having to ride the bike back and walk the way again, under penalty of 20gbp (not 2, TWENTY!)... well... is not... what I call an excellent experience nor a convenient service... Once arrived: it was too late and was STUCK with the bike! I was too far and I needed to enter the office, so I locked the bike and check the app... no immediate issues... 3 min later I get charged... So after losing 30 min in returning the bike and walking back again, I still don't have my 20gbp back Bottom line: the company earns faster from penalties and the service is too limited so beware!
