Terrible experience. It keeps forgetting what resort I'm at, the calendar keeps resetting, the map is nearly unusable, and it's hard not to think that restaurant booking is deliberately hidden (if you're not Diamond Club you need to scroll all the way to the bottom, below the "rate us" section—the restaurants in the "my services" menu are only for Diamond folks). Utter garbage.

If you're staying in a Royalton, it would be great to be able to select your hotel once and not have to select it each time the app is opened. Also, constant notifications of the same thing daily are annoying. If you're a Diamond Club guest, it would be good to have the option to book restaurants further in advance.

Tried over and over again to pre check in but it wouldn't work. Says the photos of documents are required but it won't recognize the photos.
