Log my Care is a fantastic app to write all care notes, and you can do this very quickly and efficiently, depending on how much detail that you need to add. overall I am very impressed, and would highly recommend Log My Care to anyone that needed to record care notes.

I keep having problems doesn't seem to like my four digit pin number I then have to keep resetting it turn the link will expire and I keep having to bother the Cake company to send me out a new one

please get rid of the time out. Nothing more frustrating mid entry, having an incident, then losing it because it has timed out. In this industry it is very common for disruptions during logging.

This log is very easy to use, but... It often gets stuck on logging in, the page freezes and I either have to restart my phone or uninstall the app. Both are really frustrating. Sometimes it will say working off line, and other times it says Houston we have a problem, can't save log. So either the log can work off line or it can't...which is it please? I work in an area where the Internet signal is very poor and slow, so to be able to work offline can a bonus...but it doesn't always let you.

Re written review. Two stars to five. So, we've had a wireless upgrade in our place of work and we no longer use BT wholehome range extenders. This has massively improved how the app behaves - especially if you are using an android device. (I add that logmycare wasn't the only app that was apparently affected.) There are still the odd issue of logs remaining visible for a short period after they have been completed but this also has improved. Developer good.

I type a few words & it freezes, or it won't save my log. This app is very disappointing. My other colleagues don't seem to have a problem with this app. Sometimes, I have to record really important information & it's frustrating having to rewrite everything again & again &then have to give up!!!!

Not a great app, certainly a one-size-fits-all 'solution' for the industry. There is a lot of navigating back-and-forth, and often it feels like there is a lot of duplication and time-wasted. I like tech that makes my life and job easier, but this app almost makes me miss the chaotic paper system we had before.
