It keeps crashing—doesn't let me in on the Android phone and doesn't even work on the iPhone either. My simply crashes, and I can't add more pets or use my with my email. I need help!!!

So far no bugs. Very clean UI and the chat function is so useful (free for to ask any questions). The person I chatted to was comionate and managed to offer good solution to my cat's need. Very impressive to have a vet that invests in their app. You can see all the history and prescriptions and invoices. Wished the same could be said for family doctors in assessing our own medical records.

The process is so tedious. You can only with your phone number to receive a code by secure text. There's no option to copy and paste the code either. The worst part is it logs you out when the app shuts down and start this whole process again because there is no quicker way to .
