So far so good. The layout is easy to navigate and you have access to all of your medical records with the insurance provider. You can also search for new doctors through here and send requests to change if desired. If you have kids you have to them separately as they all have different medical ID #s but it's super easy to do. Definitely two thumbs up!

It works, but if you have a that is longer than 10 or so characters, the app won't let you enter it. Had to change my twice, each time shorter and less secure, just to sign in and use the app.

Registration was unsuccessful. I was entering my member details, my ID number and my birthdate. All entered correctly. I can't a , and can't get past the hip details page. I'm having trouble getting in with operators since the lines are so busy nowadays. Thought this was a useful alternative but I can't get this to work.

Very easy to navigate. Gives you your health at your fingertips. I love that it shows lab results. Just a couple suggestions for the lab section... 1. Have normal levels on a reference page 2. Blood type listed somewhere

The app is exceptional in every way, detailed and accurate. However, the lab results are sometimes not explicit enough for the patient to understand. Otherwise a great app.

Easy to change doctor and update information all my information available for me to use at any time. I do see that my immunizations from being a 4 years old and 2 years old from my Orange County pediatrician is on there but nothing from 2004 to current is in my medical record but that's the way I want it I don't want all of that information electronically recorded I want there to be an option to turn it on or off or somehow not participate that should be a choice listed.
