I never leave , but after losing so much of my time with this app and the team running it, I thought their service needed warning ⚠️ . I never received the code I was supposed to get as part of the deal with On The Beach. When I got on the hubby helpline, they gave me one, which never worked, and then pretended I used it all up despite picture proofs of not doing so. Would absolutely not recommend it! Awful.

Edited after 2 days : Blimey that was haaaaard to install. I'm no tech whizz kid so I turned my Installed SIM off before I went fannying around with the hubby one. (That way, the only mess I could make was with the esim). Installed on a pixel 6 pro and it's working fine when I'm away from the hotel. OTB have given me 5gb in Tunisia. All I can say is, the instructions are terrible but if you are happy to work it out yourself, it does work. Still leaving 3 stars cos it was a total git to install

Had an issue installing the app. I used the chat bot, which took me to a person who walked me through installation who was very helpful. Thank you!! Up and running in 10 minutes. Now just to see what the Hubby App is like on holiday ......

difficult to set up but once you've set up it's good. Works fine, but occasionally have to put phone on airplane mode to get it to connect to 4g.

Code that I received through Onthebeach had already been used. The app is useless in this case, can't access the chat option without purchasing another code or entering a code that works. Useless app. Would never recommend. They do not answer facebook messages, nor do they accept chat from anyone other than a business (onthebeach) on the beach referred me straight back to these useless bunch at Hubby Esim.

500mb for free is pointless. prices for data are extortionate. probably the most expensive way to get data abroad

I am currently on holiday in Alanya, Turkey and hubby works. I was sceptical about Hubby as I read plenty of negative reviews. Before departure, i have purchased Saily esim as a back up. I m still using hubby, used 2gb already, network range is good. My phone is samsung S21 Ultra.
