This app has some good features; however, it can be problematic to connect to the ship’s wi-fi. Multiple daily, random disconnects are common. Here are some fixes: After installing, make sure your phone is on airplane mode with wi-fi on. Tap the ship’s wi-fi to connect and follow prompts (next, next, next, connect). For the “Not Connected” error page, click on the “Learn How” link mid-page and follow prompts. For “website not private”, click on “Advanced” at bottom, then “proceed to…”

It is POTENTIALLY good, but they need more Beta testing. The interface choices to is not clear enough and will lead you to a page with no way to exit if you happen to already be logged in. I heard from most s that they would have to restart their phone every time they wanted to use this app, I believe it is just because of this UI issue. The scheduling and messaging would be useful, but most people seemed to HATE the app and gave up by Monday.

It functions. Usually. But it's common to have notifications delayed by multiple days or just never show up at all. Be prepared to force stop and re-open it every hour or two. Don't rely on chat notifications - although once in a while they might come through. Also sometimes sends you notification for cruises you took months ago, which is really a great summary of how poorly build and maintained the app is.

This app is painfully bad. It is awful to use, always crashes or comes up with some kind of error message. If they keep pushing their app, they REALLY need to invest more into making it stable. The website also has an awful UI. Love the cruiseline but the app/website are starting to impact my experience. It shouldn't be this frustrating.

What a nightmare this setup is!! Leave ones computer for 5 minutes and it disconnects from the net. Trying to re-connect is another nightmare. Its not worth having and a waste of money!!!

App is absolutely worthless. Never gives you things that you need, so I still have to go to the my guest services desk, it doesn't include floor plans of ships, and the information is typically out of date or contradictory to what is on board. Whoever designed this should be fired

Frequently have to kill and relaunch the app to get it to reconnect while onboard. Purchasing tours say they fail when they succeed. UI is very clunky: no search, activities don't link to their descriptions, sometimes excursions mysteriously disappear only to show up again later.

I have spent hours trying to get my boarding emailed to me. My luggage tags were emailed. When I tried again, my was refused. The answers to my security questions were rejected even though I truly did give the correct answer to where I was born and what city I met my husband. Yesterday, I spent 1 1/2 hours trying to help my friend get her boarding printed. I finally gave up after several phone calls, one man neither of us could,so we hung up and called again. Unsuccessful
