Worst service everrr, they also say false things to make us recharge immediately so that once we do the recharge they don't deliver what they were supposed to!! I've been trying to the customer but no way I'm able to reach them neither through toll-free number nor through the app, they just disconnect me from everywhere and fun fact they keep reminding about plan renewal!!

Now this app is not working. While trying to the bill its showing an error as app crash. If we try the email bill option then no response. But bill payment option working fine. What a .... After the above review I got the response to share the number and mobile number. But before putting the review I emailed them to share the invoice for that till now I haven't received any response. So if we post anything on the public then they are acting like they responded but not responding

I’m extremely disappointed with this app and the customer service! Despite making my internet payment *before* the due date, my connection was deactivated. I’ve been trying to reach since morning, but no response and no way to get help through the app or any other channel. This experience is incredibly frustrating. If you're going to offer an app for , at least make sure it works when customers need it!

Horrible experience. Please improve your app. The bot is asking for number and never gets details properly. The bills generated never open, always an error. Its very frustrating to call customer service to get the bill invoice. Even the copy sent to the email address never opens. And even after payment is successful I get emails stating payment failed. Please work on it

Hathway is the worst internet service provider everrrr. Please don't take this connection anyone. Even though I recharged my broadband plan well before its expiry date, still my connection is deactivated. I have been trying to customer service but my request is getting auto closed by some chat bot. This is the same story everytime. I'm just frustrated with this service provider.

This is the worst service provider. In first month, wifi stopped working often times. And it took them 3 days to fix it. Not only wifi , their service is very poor. They keep you telling it is not our side, talk to other person. Then other person will say the same. After I disconnect it and close the connection, I got atleast 3 calls per day for the recharge. I have blocked 100 of numbers. They are my alarm now to wake up. Never use hathway. Pay a little extra to Airtel or jio but not hathway.

Extremely unhelpful customer service. They steal money and don't recharge the plan. They harass their customers and the quality of their network has degraded extremely. If you want to waste your money, go for it. Otherwise switch to better plans by other network providers. Highly disappointed by Hathway Broadband. They close the ticket without providing . Edit: their reply is also unhelpful. They do not do anything.

Worst app and worst data speed. App is unable to troubleshoot the issue and also no customer . Speed is worst, even closer to router also. Speed not constant , so much fall and rise. Review in single word-'frustating' One of Executive say me to Recharge for 4 months, but after paying the same amount i shocked to see it was activated just for three months. No /Solution/action from Hathway against this Scam and false commitment. Disgusting!!!
