Poorest service, after sending several emails to cancel subscription regular spam calls comes atleast 4 to 5 times a day, its already 4 months ed . Only asking for recharge over and over again. It is like a hell, they have no clue of the service or request of the consumer only concern is to take money from the customers. I will never refer any person known to go for hathway and will warn everyone to stay away from them.

Worst app ever. Doesn't ever open in one go. Hangs always. Shows transaction failed even though it is successful. Logs out randomly. Doesn't let you use app because invalid Authorization...???

App lagging issue. Very slow. Not showing edit option. Unable to raise complaint showing SQL injection related error. Please improve the appp. It's like government app.

Hathway overall is very useless. This app doesn't work at all. Not able to select channels . No payment options. If you complain to customer care no one will give a proper solution.

I am experiencing difficulties with the recent update(28th sp 2024) . I cannot using my other mobile number, because I have lost my ed mobile number and now don't access to it. The app is only sending OTPs to that number only. It would be beneficial if app offer alternative methods, such as email or number, to improve experience. Currently, third-party UPI services are also asking ed mobile number to accept hathway creditionals.

Worst app this app either allows to with ease or make payments. everymonth we for sure have an issue. now it's not allowing to also nor do anything.

Can't recharge set top box from this app. This app was made for to fool or fraud peoples. When ‛customer’ call the ‛customer care’, they said recharge from ‛the cable operator’. “IN ONE WORD, THIS IS A FRAUD APP”
