Don't waste your money. There are better claw machine apps. You can't win. Winning is purely luck, skill gets you nowhere because the claws don't operate how you tell them to. Also, they don't let you pick up prizes anymore. You have to push or pull them off a platform and the claw will barely touch the item and shift it a microscopic amount. Sometimes when you get a prize to the very edge you will suddenly get a notification that it's under maintenance and when it comes back the prize is reset.

I've won a couple things. shipping is free once a week, which is nice, and there are promotions for free play tickets every once in a while, which is fun. But, it can be super laggy, so beware if you have slow internet. I've had games where the camera or crane arm are messed up, didn't realize it until I started to play, and they wouldn't refund my tickets. After the free ticket promotion is over, I will probably ignore the app again for a while, personally.

It used to be great. I practiced with free tickets and bought TP to play for prizes I really wanted. I spent more than I should, but it was always fun. There is a great variety in the games and it was thrilling to figure out the easiest strategy. But now that you have to pay, a lot, for shipping, it's way cheaper to just buy the prize figure. The thrill of the game is dead. I hope Sega Catcher comes back soon 😢

Toreba went downhill. I was playing for about a year, I think. In the beginning, I was winning and having fun. I put in my share of money for prizes too. They started dropping the claw strength, made prizes harder to win, customer started taking months to reply, they stopped the free shipping campaign, decreased prize retention periods, and prizes are taking longer to ship. It's no longer fun and it's a sink for money at this point. Made it easier to quit though.

These guys are so sketchy and greedy. I had moved a prize significantly when I decided to give up as I no longer wanted to spend any more money. Afterwards, I watched others try as well, and they all failed. Now the prize was just on its edge and about to fall. As I was considering my options, the screen suddenly flashed "under maintenance" and I thought "no way". After a minute of anticiption, the screen returned to the prizes. It had been reset even though nobody had won anything. So mad.

Way too expensive and laggy! Lost money and prizes playing when everything is stacked against individuals most the time. I know it's located in Japan, but a majority of the time feeling ripped off. If I wanted to feel more like a winner, I would play at a casino! 1 or 2 plays away and the game glitches out, they had to fix! Robbed me of my prize! Uninstalling!!

Over time, they've been subtly adjusting the machines to make winning much less likely; when I first started using the app, I won several prizes quickly. But in recent months, I found my prize supply had run dry. The Toreba Prime service is nice ($2.99/month for 10,000TP, enough to play about 4-5 games), and the daily play ticket is about the only reason I stick around now.
