No trouble shooting at all. Gives a bit, "my router light is solid white" No other options. If you look closely there is a circle ?. Click that, no troubleshooting, just reboot it. If that doesn't work reset it. Maybe it should ask me what might light is doing, slow pusling white and then eventually off. They should be able to tell me what that means. Instead they just say "reboot it, then reset it"

The app needs a couple of improvements. First, the device list connection time update needs to work faster and get precise information about which satellite is connected. Second, the feature to control de transmit power individually. Third, the app can copy features from ubiquity such as wifiman app that states the signal connection. Edit: the update was only for the logo, poor update of the devices connection to satellite.

Now I can't sign in at all. "Something went wrong. Try again." Successfully reset , but same problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Don't use the app very often, so don't know when this started, but was happening about a month ago and is still happening (didn't try in between because was hoping it would be fixed by an app update). Even better than fixing would be: don't make me sign into a mobile app at all. Let me just sign into the router, like previous Netgear routers did.

This app is trash. Started by pausing internet on a few devices as a punishment. Then the app doesn't actually pause them. Reboot several times and they finally go to offline in app list. Try to re-enable and there is no longer a pause button or any way to reactivate the device. I tried on work ph and now it can't use my network anymore even though show connection. Doesn't show as active in app. Also now my three satellites don't connect. So a reboot ruins everything and the app completely block

I've been a Netgear customer since about 1998. The Orbi is the last Netgear product that I will ever own. The quality is missing, this app is horrible, and you have to pay a yearly fee to get basic functionality of a router. Netgear may have fleeced me for the cost of a router and 3 satellites but I am done with them for good.

I'm constantly having issues with the app. Whenever I turn off internet connection to devices, I get error messages to try again, or I am not connected to Orbi and need to connect. Sometimes, I hit the reconnect, and it works, and sometimes it doesn't. When I am able to turn off the internet to devices, they disappear from the device list, and I can't turn on the internet for them unless I access the web page to turn it back on. So much issue and work just to turn the internet on and off.

The and reset are a nuisance and make the app impossible to use. I've been essentially locked out of my by their reset function. No matter how many times I clear my browser cache and follow all of their reset instructions, neither provided link works. Their Help pages are completely useless and I'm going to have to factory reset my device for the third time because my saved no longer works--beats me why, since I didn't change it.

An UNBELIEVABLY useless app. When trying to work through menus to troubleshoot a problem it shoves ads in your face for services every 3 seconds. The firmware is also ridiculously fragile and breaks during every update. Zero stars. This entire system will go in the trash eventually and I will not buy another netgear mesh product. Awful.
