Its an ok app. Easy to use. Will give you 5* if you can fix the issues below: 1. there is no setting options to change currency. 2. There is registration. So, will always log on as GUEST. 3. Unable to add friends/family for online check-in.

Keeps saying that I have to update the app. Can't check in through the app. Flight was delayed today and I came to check in at the airport, no one was there and I missed my flight as it took off wayyy before the scheduled time stated on the delay email. I want a refund.

I am searching flight from Lahore to Jakarta and app keeps showing me no flights. When I use batik air website, flights are available. What is the point of this app if i cannot find flights.

I've installed and reinstalled the Batik Air app but each time I wanted to book a flight from Kuching to KLIA the fare will be shown in INR (Indonesian Rupee) I can't find the settings to change it to MYR.

Very primitive Apps. Can't change the currency, all quotes in Indonesia currency. Not option for you to add luggage,....

Truly useless. There is absolutely nothing that can be done with this app. It's existence is a total mystery to me. "check-in" leads you to a different app. "my bookings" is empty, both past and current, with no way to link flights or sign in to an . "flight status" is under development. There is no reason this app exists.
