This was my first time driving an electric car. It handled so well ( Nissan Leaf 2019). While there was a most definate learning curve, I felt at the end that I was well on my way to getting the hang of it. If I had an recommendations for a first time , it would be to stsy close to home; familiaize yourself with the vehicle and the manual . The folks at the customer service/ desk were very reassuring, helpful,and more than accomodating.I recommend trying this service to see if it fits

This was my first reservation and I really enjoyed the vehicle. The only problem I had was having an issue with the unlock after returning to vehicle from grocery store. Also I couldn't modify reservation because initially I was booking for a day rental and not just a few hours 😔 but the App wouldn't allow me to modify reservation.

Terrible design for finding an available timeslot. You pick a day and time and hope it's open. If that timeslot is unavailable you have to keep randomly picking other timeslots and again hope you find one that's open. There should be a calendar view that shows you all the timeslots that are available and unavailable. It's insane how badly designed this process is. Why would you design it this way?! I'm getting frustrated just thinking about how backwards and useless it is.

Functional app for its purpose. Makes it easy to just book a vehicle and go, as well as return the vehicle. Great app. They did have an option for 40 a day that would be nice but I don't see it available. Customer service is also great. Also wanted to add for my area they have good evehicles but you gotta make sure they are charged and adapt to how they work don't drive if it's Below 30 miles charge it.Also do not pickup if it says low call and they will charge it for you.

After the closing of Capitol carshare and Zipcar leaving the NY Capitol Region this was an amazing find. But there are a few things that need to be improved. -More cars: the problem with both Capitol carshare and Zipcar was always the lack of cars. 5 cars in a metropolitan area is not enough. - Communication: Cars being out of commission is normal. Not telling your customers isn't. Arriving at a empty parking lot slot where your already booked car is supposed to be isn't pleasant.

This is by far the best service that could have came to the White Salmon area. It allows people to be mobile and getting more things accomplished. Anytime I have a problem with anything they were very patient with me and explain to me what it was I was misunderstanding. Top-notch customer service. People who are leaving bad reviews are the people who don't understand how to use the app. The customer service is available 24 hours a day and if you have a problem just tell them and they will help.

Sorry but I do not trust this app. You only get approved after putting your credit card information in and you're crazy if you think I'll do it. The app looks basic like a dummy app or an incomplete one. Uninstalling now. Delete my info!!!!
