Overall I love this app and the convenience of being able to document quickly without 100 questions. I like the carryover feature. There have been a few quirks re Starting sessions and Ending sessions on my Android, but Tech fixed them. I like the chat feature, however, sometimes it takes awhile for responses. Sometimes I feel like I’d just like to call or text someone if I have a question. I love the innovation of this company and have never been happier with my work.

Unreliable for charting with a patient. I take notes in Google Keep to make sure they actually save and then I copy and paste back into Luna. Dictation feature doesn't work for me as I have to go in and edit and reformat anyhow, so it becomes extra work. Also doesn't sync with my Android Google calendar so makes extra work to schedule patients. And the messages often take a long time to "sync" making it frustrating getting things done in a timely manner.

Just terrible all around. No other way to put it. The most buggy app I've ever used. It's unreliable while treating patients. Chat features don't work. Patients' treatment information is mixed up between patients. Flow of the app just doesn't make sense. Example: having to allow automatic scheduling in order to just change your availability. It just doesn't make sense. I usually don't give bad reviews but there are just way too many problems with this app. They need to hire new developers.

I wish I could this on my laptop, since it is much larger than my phone and i can actually SEE everything I need to see. Otherwise, so far so good as I orient to it on my phone..what I can actually see of it. Won't let me enlarge screen, which is why it is 4 stars not 5

Stop asking what I think of Luna EVERY SINGLE TIME app is opened. It's time consuming as asked way too many times.

Easy to use app and timely payment but I have had several bad experiences with lack of communication from the concierge and information about patients prior to evaluating them.

This app is constantly crashing and when it works it does the job, I cannot rely on it while with a patient.
