So far, the accuracy is poor...no better than 100-200 feet inside airports, shipping centers, distribution centers. I bought it to track my bicycle bag when I travel and that's where they goet lost. In those kinds of places, you can't locate anything if you don't have it down to 20 feet. I've done all the settings, resets, read all the articles. Nothing works.

This device is an utter waste of money. It just doesnt work in any way other than bluetooth. The app is junk. There is no way to easily view when the device last polled or where it was. I bought this to track an international shipment but ive not had a location report in weeks Dont bother, the tech obviously isnt there yet edit: to confirm on the below. I did that. I logged the case, they gave up on fixing it and I was told to just return the device. Given that it took 5 weeks to arrive (I bought it new from a retail store on ebay), and I was leaving the country in a fortnight that just wasn't possible. So the one reason I bought it, I couldn't use it for. $250AUD for a bluetooth tracker is ridiculous..

Gego needs to fix the app. Keeps g out by itself and tells me that the is wrong. Only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall it every single time the phone has been shut off and restarted. An inconvenience when you're trying to find the baggage. Update review: 4 months on, I'm experiencing the same issues as other people here. So now I can't even get the app to open. Keeps crashing. Good thing I bought AirTags as backup. Note all good reviews here were pre Covid! 2022 now!

Garbage. Takes hours to report new location after arrival at airport. Bluetooth proximity detection rarely works, and even when it works it doesn't update the device location on the map. Latest app version sometimes hangs while trying to refresh location. Bluetooth detection was suddenly removed without warning - and has never worked properly again - and there are hidden fees. I absolutely would not buy any gego product ever again

I had high hopes for this device but alas it was not to be. When setting it up, trying to activate an the app just closes. So I used the website to activate the . That did work for 1 day. Even drove around town to test it. I had purchased 2 GEGO GPS devices. One for me and one for my wife. Had the same issue with the app. So both s were set up using the website. Both devices worked for one day. Neither device will connect to the cell network. I cancelled the subscription.

Find another tracker. The app will keep logging you out when you need it, then when you log back it in you will get an error telling you your information is wrong, so then you will use the and it still wont work... Day or 2 later it magically works. Also you can't track with a computer... Only phone app when it wants to work.

This version REMOVED bluetooth use without an active plan. This was not announced or in the release notes and had been working fine for many months. I have no reason to keep my old gego anymore. Think I'll try another brand next time.

Very AWESOME TRACKER. They are constantly improving and adding new features. So far it gives you directions, has a refresh button and also can change the uses on the battery. Overall great product and app so far always making an improvement.☺
