Please save my credit card data in the app so I can make future payments easy. And please allow for more than one credit to be stored in the app so I don't have to enter my cc data anew *every damn time* I need a toilet. And if you have a big button to provide in the app, make it possible to actually provide meaningful and not just stars. Otherwise, it's better than having to use coins, I guess. I mean, coins no longer work anyway, neither do cards, so I'm forced to use the app

This app is very useful. It helps me find the nearest toilets. These toilets are very useful facilities, however some poeple ruin them by smoking inside and throwing the leftover cigeratte and bad smell. I have a suggestion for the management to install smoke alarm and a shower function with cold water. As soon as someone smokes inside, the shower should run for 20 second along with the loud smoke alarm and then the door should open automatically.

I managed to pay via app however washroom didn't open when I did touch the icon with phone, it said payment failed even though there was credit in the app. Whole UX is too complicated. There can be a QR code on washroom door to pay the fees.

Paid for the toilet to open via app. When pressing open toilet button the app crashes. Seriously!?!?
