Annoying. The app keeps losing connection with my Sensor. If I'm sleeping it wakes me up every time I'm almost asleep. If I enable silent mode it turns up what ever app I'm using so that it's annoyingly loud, even if I had that app silenced. It's a huge headache. And unfortunately it takes many tries to even read the sensor. I have to keep hitting "ok" and trying again because who knows where the reader on the phone even is!

Had to switch back to libre3 due to supply issues. Originally I gripped about some bogus features. Apparently the libre 2 were updated with some level of Bluetooth. Not constant like the libre 3. Still have to scan, but it can warn of lows without scanning. So if you are using old libre2 software you might want to update. Big gripe, only 1 alarm sound at max volume. Quite annoying in the old ear buds. Yes I get it's urgent, but maybe beep once at current volume and maybe later go higher.

WHAT HAS CHANGED? APP IS USELESS. I started using Libre 2 sensors, and this app, 3 months ago. Started out great... Over the last 3 days, this app has been a failure, and a total annoyance. I constantly lose Bluetooth connection, and it's been impossible to keep it reconnected. I've ed Abbott, and have tried everything they've suggested to resolve the issue. I even changed out sensors, with zero resolution. All of these low ratings and web complaints makes me think Abbott doesn't care.

The app does not work properly. It's almost like freestyle purposely does not warn you that your number is high. But yet when your number is low, It will beep more and respond more. App also gives inconsistent readings. It's been somewhat of a pain to deal with. The sensor also just randomly ends early with no explanation. Freestyle wouldn't replace the sensor that failed

Too many fake alarms. I keep getting alarms and there's nothing going on. I Uninstaller and reinstalled but it didn't help. It is especially annoying when I am trying to sleep or work. Update: still giving false alarms. Just starts going off and nothing is wrong. Just went off again and I decided to scan the monitor. I have a reading of 79. So what gives?

The experience here is extremely sub par compared to the UK. There's so much less I am able to control - sound alarm settings are forced to always on, management is simply "unavailable", I can't even see an A1C estimate. Not to mention discovering the sensors are region locked??? They've shown they can create a good experience but in the US it's so poor. For the price, they can definitely do better for their s.

Due to the shortage of the libre 3 I was forced to go back to the 2. The app for the android is unstable. It beeps incently to open the app even when it's open. The alarm is either excusiatingly loud or doesn't go off at all. Constant beeping that it's lost signal when it's sitting right next to me on my desk or in my pocket on the same side the sensor is. I dropped below 50 the other night while I was sleeping and the alarm never went off. Is there any way you guys can update the app to work?

Andy Nebel 4g41b

The app has alarms you can't turn off. Sitting in a movie theater or at play or in the middle of a business meeting the alarm sounds because it says it lost connection with the sensor or low blood sugar.. It's maddening. I called and they couldn't help me. The guy said, no you can't turn them off. So strange. I went back to my handheld reader. It works and I can manage all my notifications and alarms.
