Worst app I've ever used -doesn't your railcard, you have to add it every time, -doesn't keep you logged in -Can't buy more than one ticket in a session or it crashes. -can't amend return tickets, you have to move them one at a time but it won't let you do that either -infuriating and very poorly designed app The only reason I use it is to avoid the fees of trainline, but it's a far worse experience. I have no idea how this has a 4.5*

OK for buying tickets but has a habit of logging out just as you're going through the barriers! I switched to using other train apps for a few months, hoping the GWR app would improve but went back to using it and once again I'm left fiddling around trying to log back into an app in order to catch a train. No access to fingerprint recognition either. Also it does not my rail card (Cross Country does). I now put my tickets in my Google wallet which solves the problem of the app closing

The live times tab is broken. If you specify both stations, it shows less information in the list and omits trains that should have departed but are late. If you show all services this doesn't happen. It is useful to see the length of the train because sometimes there are 5 instead of 10 carriages.

Great but keeps logging me out which is very frustrating when you're about to go through a ticket barrier! I use a proper secure so having to get logged back in is a massive faff when you're in a hurry. Why not fingerprint or something? And why do you need to keep logging people out anyway? Please address this, it's obviously one of the biggest pain points based on other reviews.

A useful app for purchasing tickets but very poor experience. The app keeps logging me out so I need to again and enter my which happens weekly. Also, requesting compensation for delays generally does not work and gives an error message. Frustrating and disappointing.

Overall, it's fairly good. Easy to navigate, book tickets and see how late trains are running. I don't like: 1: Doesn't stay logged in long enough - annoying when conductor wants to see the ticket when going through the Severn Tunnel! 2: Doesn't my rail card - have to add it every time I book 3: Nothing appears to happen when you click on the "Continue" button after entering card security code. Several clicks required...

One of the most infuriating train apps you'll ever have to use. Logs you out at every opportunity, with no fingerprint/facial option. Even logged me out on a recent journey in between scanning my ticket at the station and showing it to the train guard. Awful and uninstalled. Apps are supposed to make life easier, this one does not do that.

Does the job most of the time but major issue is that it asks for credentials almost every time rather than ing. This is quite frustrating especially when you need the code to retrieve tickets in a hurry. The other buggy behaviour is that occasionally gets stuck a while launching, forcing to quit and relaunch.
