Mostly works for what it's supposed to do. Keep in mind that if you have more than one device with this app (phone, tablet) then the device that you authenticate this with Epic first will be the primary device, meaning the other device you can still use but you will always have to the push message on the first device every time. Other than that, if you use some sort of biometric (face or fingerprint) to authenticate, it may be hit and miss depending on the make and model.

I don't know if the problem is the app or my institutions implementation, but the connectivity between haiku and this app are intermittent at best. Other authentication apps pop up right away, with this I often wait 3-5 minutes. Rather than wait, I often copy and paste the code instead.

Does not work. It used to work off and on, but now I have to use the "One-Time Code" sent to my email option every time. I even uninstalled the app, installed it again, then did the whole setup process again, and even right after scanning the code with the app, the web still failed to accept the codes given by the app.

Every code provided to me for step 3 of setting up the authenticator app failed to work. The setup page kept saying the code had already expired even though I kept using new 6 digit codes after they refreshed. I set up email authentication instead and I'm uninstalling this app.

It doesn't work at all. I scan the QR code from the browser on it PC, then enter the security code into the browser, and it keeps telling me the code is invalid or expired.

It doesnt work. I scan the code and it doesnt recognise the 6 digits, I manually enter the key still doesnt work. I manually set up my , same thing, its a failure

The fact that this shows up as 'Authenticator' in my list of apps means that hunting for the app using 'Epic' as a keyword reveals nothing. You should do something about that. It should be listed with the E's, not the A's.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME ON THIS PLANT ING THIS APP!! I attempted to use a 6 digit code countless times without success, on each attempt the code had apparently expired within 2 seconds. Authenticate via email, it is simple and you won't waste your time!!
