I want to like this app, it seems interesting and useful. However, it's so slow it's basically inoperable, and it doesn't load most pages. Just checked for updates, looks like I'm up to date. Tried to via Chrome too but got a notice that there were problems connecting to the server. Not sure what to do about this.

Loved it until just a few days ago! It logged me out, I forgot my so I reset my . Now it won't let me with my email, only my single sign on and absolutely nothing loads on the home screen. I literally only have the open for settings, sign out, or FAQ. Please fix this.

When will castlight start adding for Android health connect instead of individual connections which appear not to sync as they should

The app is so slow. Constant "you have a notification" notifications that don't give you any indication or hint what it is about, so you assume it is important, only to have to wait for it to slowly , then find out the notification was actually some ad/promotion for a cycle tracker/fertility app. And there's no way to disable or turn off these promotion notifications without disabling the useful notifications, too.

Seems early to tell, but the rewards offered seem good enough to check in at least semi regularly. And it has been a good resource for reminding me of all the benefits I have available through my company. Some of the health tracking data is off though, and it seems to either disconnect from, or not updates from my smart watch as often as I'd like.

App is good in general, but syncing with Samsung Health app to track steps is off. Was trying to attain 5 points yesterday by reaching 5k steps, but it went to today instead. The steps were right before bed. I think the developers need to check the timezone. Not everyone is in GMT! Overall though, app works great and like all the integrations with different health data.

Runs and works well! Never really had any issues with it. A couple times I couldn't get a video to play, which is why I gave it 4 stars, but it eventually worked after a couple weeks. May have just been a glitch. Not a big deal. It's a great platform for us to earn our wellness points for our HSA. Has some good resources too. I use it regularly! Would recommend this app to any friends who also use this platform for insurance/HSA purposes.

Difficult to sync. Does not get back data from garmin app. Have to log on and sync manually every time, and it does not update unless i open the garmin app and sync it first. This means open two apps to get maybe get it to sync the correct data. Must do this every couple days. App is difficult to navigate around. Company did not notify associates a change was made. When you open jiff you get a redirect to load new app, but no data from prior is loaded. Makes jiff look like golden app.
