wait times not accurate for Williamsburg. Tampa is definitely mostly correct unless they close for rain temporarily. Williamsburg wait times are useless unless you go to a specific ride. what is the point of an overview page for all the rides if it doesn't have accurate wait times??? no filtering options for rides. no favorites available. very poor app filters like go find where the wheelchairs are to rent (quick hint you can't find out. there's no filtering options).

Sucks. Constantly buffering & opening blank pages with nothing on them at all. Been trying to open the parking section for over an hour. Accessing page with my ticket is hit or miss... sometimes it opens, most of the time it takes me to a blank page. Tried over wifi & over cellular. Ridiculous. All my other apps working fine.

Totally disappointed, I bought the platinum annual , everything is extremely expensive, they charm you with all kinds of discounts, everything is a lie, the discount at Quiq Queue is a big BS, because it is very expensive even with a discount and they are totally disorganized and lazy, it is not worth paying anything, you will stand in line maybe a few minutes less than General ission. If you are lucky, may you take 3-4 rides in a whole day if you go in the morning

4/2018 - This new version is terrible and not helpful compared to the previous version. If you are not new to the park, it is not worth the . 8/2024 - Years later, and I try the app again. Still not that great. I still get the "unexpected error" when I try to look at the park schedule or other pages. Your es are not saved on the app, it links you to the website where you have to to get your info. It is best to just take a screenshot of your es.

Probably the worst designed app I've ever been forced to use. Endless frustrations and links to their website, which then sends you back to the app, which then sends you to the website. Unable to do basic things like update info or even cancel your . Hopefully the same guys aren't in charge of their roller coaster designs.

Try and order food on the app without an American phone number, can't be done. The app doesn't offer the best prices. Disney and Universal have been doing this better for years.
