My family has a Sesame Place tradition where we go once every Christmas season and every year I the app to use at the park. I was so disappointed during our visit this year when I found a completely different app that really served no purpose. The map wouldn't load right and no longer has the ability to map you to your destination. Showtimes were hard to find. It lost the ability to find where your favorite characters might be. In short, the app is worthless. Might as well get rid of it completely :-(

3 years now having the same problem not bring able to link my new platinum member season , making it impossible to receive the benefits & rewards that I'm entitled to. It is a headache EVERY TIME I access the park & even worse every time I buy something in the park because I have to fumble through my things to manually type in my hip #r and zip code so I can get my discounts for in park purchases while keeping my 4 year old calm each time. No one can fix it or seems to care either.

Horribly designed you can't even sign up for an the and conditions link is directly on top of where you enter your .... not to mention you can only see one of the menus of the food attractions, and the app doesn't give you ride wait times.

What an awful app! Instead of having the "tickets" section to link to the season es or tickets you already bought, it's only there to sell more tickets?? and even finding where your season is actually located on the app in order to show the attendant when you get to the park is so difficult!! terrible app!!

Garbage. The whole app is a crappier version of the website to sell tickets and upgrades. Good luck getting it to load the es you already bought (if you can find it). And dont bother trying to find any perks or reserve anything. Just buy tickets. Can someone please look at the Disney MDE app and have a teenager follow that model instead? Such a bummer you can buy es and the app does nothing but link you to buy more tickets essentially.

When we used this Sesame Place app 23 July 2021, we were seeking help for the best use of our time after driving 3 hours with a 3 year old, spending several hundred dollars, and finding too little information on site about what was happening when and where. The app was little help. It seemed to replicate what we found online. The app directed us to find a sign in front of an attraction and scan it for information about showtimes -- that simply directed us back to the app. Useless.

My son loves this place me not so much . I prefer Sea World unfortunately they seem not to have much for him to enjoy anymore. They've taken out sesame play of Bay which he absolutely loved and even the sesame gift shop. Sad because Sesame place isn't worth the drive and price per visit as there's not much to do there. But I'll still keep taking him . These apps need a lot of work I can't even add my renewed season es
