Always end up having to call anyway when making a claim as there's always some kind of issue on their side. Every time it updates you seem to need to get verified all over again. Absolute pain. Edit- reply to dev - nothing wrong with my . The problem is with the selection of consultants, in that all are displayed despite most of them being unavailable for the plan. Resulting in guessing which one Bupa has deigned available. It's never the one I've selected and I end up phoning anyway.

Like the extra benetif the Fitness Centre feature provides. However, since this is only available in the mobile app on a tiny screen, there needs to be an easy way to cast the videos to a TV or a different display. Can't give more than 4 stars due to this. EDIT: It looks like the app now automatically logs you out after half an hour. Most videos in the fitness centre are longer than 30 minutes. So I get kicked out to the screen in the middle of a workout. Unacceptable.

Badly designed app. screen and any other action opens webviews which take ages to load. 2FA - SMS takes very long to arrive and sometimes never arrives. On many actions you are forced to go to the website or submit a paper form. Why bother with this app at all? Following developers : why bother with the app if all and half of the claims must be done by other means? Clearly they are not serious.

Ok, is Bupa serious about the fitness classes? Cause they do not keep the phone screen unlocked while they are playing.. the search does not work, the filters don't work, and why is this behind SMS verification? It's so disappointing because the classes are actually good but the app feels like a joke. Oh and just after I wrote this and came back to the app, it locked me out and I had to log back in. 30-min sessions should be 30 mins long, not 45 because of technical issues!

Can't say much as my Samsung S9 phone tells me it is not compatible with the app. So with the planned removal at the end of the month of Bupa Blua that did work on my phone BUPA has now left me high and dry unable to access our , search for infomation, have an online GP appointment or book treatment. Thank you BUPA!

Dreadful. Massive step backwards from the Babylon app. It's a disgrace, really. Trying to access an appointment due in a few minutes and it just times out. Not fit for purpose.

It's very bad. Claims cannot be raised via app. chat doesn't work. Not sure why this app is even for if nothing works Edit: thanks for your reply. I tried thd webchat. It showed 16 min queue, I was sitting in it for 1.5hrs pinging "hello" and got no reply. So I gave up
