So exasperated, I'm not going to renew my hip. The app doesn't load even after reinstalling and I also cannot gain access via the website. I end up in a constant loop even after resetting all my credentials where I get the error "we can see you've tried ing before, phone this number". I've spent enough time on the phone already and this keeps happening. I've paid for my health screen but cannot access the questionnaires that I need to complete before attending.

ed ok but it only sync'd once, the morning of day after I 'connected' it. It hasn't sync'd since, despite trying to disconnect and reconnect and rebooting phone. Spoke to and as I understand the respons\e apparently the sync with Fitbit App is not fully ed and may or may not work Updated to 3*from 1 as it now is getting my stats from my Fitbit. Still not useful for me but might be for my Bupa appointment. Downgraded back to 1 as it don't sync again.

Sorry to say, but this is extremely slow. I fire it up, go away do something else then it has appeared (or crashed). Also seemed to have stopped syncing with Google Fit at the beginning of the year. I would love something reliable to contain my health information. 23 Aug: Installed again before checkup to sync with Google Fit. It's stuck in a loop getting me to resume questionnaire. I've delete cache, then uninstalled. On each occasion I resume & complete then the app crashes again.

Awful. The app takes an age to load up. It's clunky. Fails often. I couldn't access any of my test results due to 'technical issues' and was told a ticket would be logged. Didn't hear a thing back so called a couple days later. Two weeks service level agreement... Disgusting. What if my results were life threatening? Raised complaint... Not heard anything since. Tumbleweed. Had to get them by post from the clinic.

Insists on height, weight etc in imperial during setup. No way of switching to metric, even in settings! When pairing with Fitbit, always crashes as soon as you press Allow but setting isn't saved so no data can be collected from Fitbit. Few issues with dashboard presentation and the survey (insufficient information gathered to make certain judgement calls).

Slow and poor app. I couldn't seem to change my units to metric (on web page is shown as kgs, but app is just Imperial). App kept wanting to close. Have linked to my Fit Saint l but it has historic data (last summer) and then a single point from the yesterday when I connected the app up again - nothing in-between!

Can't even sign in as keep getting errors for both.like activity.. I'm manually entering details, tried over wifi, 4g and vpn. Terrible app from. A private health care company! 😡
