Totally unreliable. It took the payment but no order was ed. And after an hour suddenly the order appeared when no one at home and it couldn't be canceled. Sometimes, it assigned a bot driver with tracking going away from destination with no order picked from restaurant for more than an hour. Pretty horrible app.

I had a very frustrating experience with your service. The customer service was poor, and the app kept showing incorrect information. It constantly switched between "Ready for pick-up" and "Food being prepared," making it impossible to know the real status of my order. This lack of accurate updates caused unnecessary confusion and delays. Please improve your app's tracking feat

They are terrible in . Whenever there is a problem with the order, delays, missing items etc, is almost non-exististing. I have been a loyal and regular customer for a significant amount of time, but when it came to a problematic order, my issue never got resolved. I think you are better off ordering directly from the restaurant you want.

Avoid! The app broke down completely. "Something went wrong" on almost every page. I have never seen an app so broken and unusable. And then it took the money for my order when I finally managed to do it but didn't it through to the restaurant and ing staff at the app is very difficult. The one star is because I can't put 0. It's a scam. Avoid.

Server-side error? Haven't used Bolt Food in a quite a while. When I opened app, it said they don't deliver to Tableview -- where I have ordered plenty times in the past. I updated it. Same. So I set my adress to next door of one of the restaurants they deliver from. Still the same message. IF they've suspended services, they need to message their s, but I doubt that. Most likely a technical issue. Sort it, please.

The is horrible. Couriers seem to be completing other orders while the app shows that they are about to pick yours. is just an AI that tells they can't cancel the order because it will be delivered in time. The problem is that the delivery time gets rescheduled several times, so it will always be "delivered in time". As a result, food arrived completely cold

They have several technical in-app issues that they refuse to fix. Order products get changed randomly by them or by the restaurants and they refuse to fix this bug. If you receive wrong products they don't do anything about it. Awful experience, I never experienced such issues with Tazz or Glovo so I guess you can take this as a sign to choose the other two.

Ads are misinforming, saying with bolt plus you get free delivery while checking few options shows that it's going to cost. Also simple delivery cost got risen, so with that plus subscription it shaves off few euros from what it was coing to cost earlier, so yeah, I dont like their practices, so not recomending to these kind of things. These companies need to be punished!
