It's pretty ****ing stupid that we, the consumers, are paying for the location's fee for the app. Don't care that it's only a few cents per order. I don't see any other app charing customers to lift that burden off a franchise. Most corporate fast food places don't allow franchises to charge like that. So yeah, I closed the app and didn't bother placing an order.

I've tried ordering through this several times and each time some bug has prevented me from even ordering so I just give up and eat somewhere else altogether. This last time there was no way for me to add my payment. Also they charge a service fee for simply using the app.

I love their cinnamon pretzel, bu the app is pretty sad. It won't take gift card. When I buy in person with my gift card, I won't get reward. The app won't take my receipt, while the "code" it looks for I nowhere to be found on my recept. The app is almost completely useless.

My experience with the app is so bad. It's buggy on my android, mind you it's a flagship phone so it can't be my phone model. For whatever reason scanning my receipt and evening using the app to accrue/collect my points don't work which is so frustrating given I purchase from Auntie Ann's often. With how small and hard their pretzels are now ($7.50 for a pretzle?!!!) I am much less inclined to purchase with them especially since I'm not accruing any points with them for future use.

The family snack pack can not be ordered. It is only giving you the option of selecting a BUCKET of Nuggets and not a cup. Once you put in the 1st bucket you are already over the 23$. Please fix the online ordering so that it can actually be used.

Have tried for a week to sign up for the Pretzel Perk app. No luck and no free pretzel. Keeps telling me I can't sign up or sign in. Very frustrating because I love their pretzels. Edited-I got help. Now, if I can figure out my birthday perk.

The app is great. The location I went to sucked. They don't have a scanner for points and said I would have to add it manually with the receipt. I got to my next destination before i realized the receipt wasn't given to me. So I missed out on points and had an undercooked kind of burnt tasting pretzel.

*Update* 7/29/24 App is glitching terribly. It gives me an error message every single time I try to place an order. Tried changing location, changing cart items, & uninstalling. No luck! PLEASE FIX THIS!! These pretzels are always hot, fresh, and so soft. Legit the yummiest I've had in a long time! I'm 8 months pregnant and go at least once a week for a cinnamon sugar pretzel and a plain pretzel with no salt. They are extra buttery for some reason, give them a shot bc they are SO under-rated!
