I've been emailing and trying to stop the subscription from the deliveroo plus since I'm no longer in Dubai and I live in where they don't have it. I've been emailing for a year and no response for customer service. The app won't allow me to stop the subscription. I've tried and tried and tried. This is a very horrible experience.

NEVER ORDER IN ADVANCE. When ordering ASAP it works fine and is on time and cost effective. Of the two times I ordered in advance, one was over an hour late (the app showed at least 4 different riders as "close to the restaurant") and one was nearly two hours late and left with my food before I could get to him. App interface is functional, selection of restaurants is appropriate, but I'm only using it because they didn't let me know when the free trial of their free delivery expired.

WORST experience today. I just ordered my food like usasual. The driver couldn't find my clearly marked location and address. I've never had a problem with any of my numerous orders before. The driver stops in the wrong spot. I walk out to find the driver and they say they don't have an order and drive away. After that my order is canceled. I had an awful time with the customer service. They weren't able to help me at all. I am out money for food I wasn't given. Worst delivery app.

Edit: just had a delivery not show up, which of course happens. I wanted to escalate the customer service inquiry. The agent said that the manager will basically tell me the same thing, implying I'm wasting my time, then closed the chat box when I didn't reply quickly. rude. increasingly frustrated w platform so I cancelled Orig: Don't like how the app now forces you to rate every order, every time. So I nowselect a random number of stars. Alsothe location selection is buggy

Have used most of these delivery apps in multiple countries. This one worked most of the time, but when it doesn't, customer service is terrible. After one disconnected call, I was then on the phone for over 20 minutes just to get the order refunded for a delivery to the wrong address. Was initially told they couldn't do it. Eventually they did after much hold time. They don't realize the competition is falling over themselves to make happy customers. I reordered with Doordash.

Worst food delivery app. The GPS location does not let you type in the exact address. Aside from that, delivery fee is almost always above 5 dollars, and they expect you to tip the drivers as well, just so the app can get a cash in on that too. Finally, payment methods are a nightmare, you can't just wrote down your info, you need a verification code, and 4 out of 5 times they don't even work. Customer service is also a nightmare, I was charged for a meal I never got. Don't get this app.

Fraud is how they make their money!! Check what you've spent in the app Vs what's been charged to your bank. Realising all those 1-2 pound refunds that were to come through, haven't. Always the original charge, never adjusted. All these apps are designed to scam the customer by putting an intermediary between you and the retailer. We've probably been asked to agree to it on the agreement. The more one knows. The recent discount codes done apply either.

Ridiculous that we have to tap multiple times until the order actually goes through. Several times, I have thought I have ordered, just to discover (after wondering where my food is) that it did not go through. Make it quick and easy to order! Update: Your team is slow to help with incorrect orders on the app and the restaurants can't cancel them either. I've had enough of Deliveroo. Cancelled the subscription. Bye!
