Paid for a lifetime subscription for the cloud service and app, and I STILL get POUNDED with ads wanting me to "subscribe" at a discount. All of the ads make the app difficult to use and get in the way of the camera video/playback. If someone has ALREADY PAID for your "subscription" service, STOP hounding them so they can actually use the app that they PAID for without your interference...

Been a great set of cameras. I have 10 inside and 1 outdoor for trips. We can watch our animals and be alerted of their whereabouts. Very reliable and they auto-connect after 1st setup. No issues and I've used them for 4+ years a dozen different times. Security would be the next use if I didn't already have other cameras and triggers in place. I would recommend these to friends and family, in fact I have. Thanks

At first, everything was fine, then my card information was stolen. I had to get a new card, I couldn't find where to change my payment method. I ed their customer service team and was informed they don't changing your payment method, which is weird in my opinion and was told that I would have to purchase a more expensive plan in order to be able to record again. Not very helpful. Anyone who has a subscription should be able to go in and change it whenever. Wyze might be better.

If they ask you to rate their app and you say no they log you out in spite. it freezes when first turned on so if your looking to use it for a quick spy on your pet or kids out won't do. I tried subscribing to one of their packages on Google, but the app itself wouldn't reconise I did and customer service was not helpful. it works for what it is but would not buy a second.

Can be finicky. Right now it won't let me watch playback of my camera, it just keeps jumping to the current feed. It'll say there's no footage for periods of time when there is, and you have to close and reopen the app to see the playback. I also wish there were faster speeds to set playback to when you're watching it, x4 is not very fast when you're trying to watch video from several hours.

We have had other cameras & apps so we do have something to compare this with. 3 stars are given due to it does work, plus the ability to turn off cloud access. Yet within cloud menu the wording is incorrect for the SD card subcategory for storage - it prompts for cloud instead of SD card. Playback & live are not intuitive. Also have to be near it to reset, which is often. The design is to set it on something vs mount but range on downward view is limited. It works eventually. AV is good.

So far I don't have any complaints. I use a SD card and the video is clear. It captures sound well and every little movement. It even catches the pigeons on the screen. The only issue I've had so far is the playback. Sometimes, it only captures or shows the person after they've been in view and is going out of view. Overall I'm satisfied with it's performance on the free plan.

Owned the blurams camera for a month. So far, everything is working as d. Control all featurea from the palm of your hands. Just plug in, set up your credentials and it's ready to go. Alerts from motion and listen detection works great. I will add the additional 128MB ram into the device next month for longer video recording playback.
