Great experience for adult ear infection, meds were sent to pharmacy immediately. Accurate diagnosis and ear infection cleared up in a few days. 3☆ due to me not being able to follow up with doc on the app it's not letting me click on select a nothin opens up. I have the latest version and no wifi issues. I need to ask a follow up question about the meds and cant such a turn off.

No phone number to call customer service. I waited almost two weeks for my first appointment only to have it cancelled the morning of the appointment. Trouble is the cancelation message was in the app, which I didn't until ten minutes before the appointment because that's what the one confirmation email said to do. Second appointment, different provider, got into a virtual waiting room and stayed there for fifteen minutes before a pop up message said my provider had declined my visit.

I really love this feature. Not everything is needed to go to your P for, especially if you have a "you must come into the office" P. I have a really basic tummy bug, need some prescription strength anti nausea, P won't prescribe over the phone. Thank goodness for Drs. Online. It only took 2 minutes and costs the same as if I go to my P. I really love this option as a way to make staying healthy hassle-free! :)

The service itself is useful. However the app has audio issues making it difficult to hear providers and it doesn't work with headphones.

Adding on to the other comments, but I have been using this app for a long time without any problems. All of the sudden I can no longer access the app due to the pending "updates". This has been a problem for over a month now. I can't believe you have still not fixed the app.

ed the app. Clicked open..it tells me there are updates that need to be ed before I can use the app, click OK, re-directed to the app store. There are no updates available. I can not use the app at all

I'm very pleased with the services I am getting from this app. I've used it a couple times, and the wait time is very short, the app gives all the loaded medical information to the doc to make sure they're giving you the right treatment.

I can't pictures and I've uninstalled the app, checked all my app permissions and everything seems to be in place but it's frustrating because it's supose to work.
