Good app except it sets my home address wrong. Unable to delete favourites. I live at no 7 it stores it as no 11 if I try to create another favourite for no 7 it says it already exists. Very frustrating.

Since updating this just doesn't work. Defaults to some totally random address every time I actually manage to get as far as seting pickup, keyboard pops up and down like a yoyo and is largely unusable and - on the rare occasions it does let me type anything in and I've managed to get to the point of actually setting a pick up and a time? As soon as I press 'Book' it shuts down. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it on three different phone and same problems every time.

Almost perfect. You can prebook a taxi from your home to somewhere for a future date and time but you can't do the same from a place to your home if you're not already there. It's frustrating because you have to phone in order to do that. The 'From' keeps reverting to my home address. I've tried turning off Location but then you can't book a taxi at all. This feature has been over looked.

I have nothing but good experiences with the drivers in Direct cars, but the app never lets me book a taxi when I need it. Today I tried to book a taxi using the app several times in the last hours and ended up calling instead. They took the phone talked among themselves and hung up.
