Nice idea with the skill tree. But what about all the resources and effort advanced players have invested? Also, the previous update slowed progress DRAMATICALLY. Level 100 for advancing the experience gain?? You quartered the levels; now it's just becoming too much of a grind. Focus on new ships and weapons again, please? And all this excess "technology" is adding up. Why can't we sell them again??

I had a save file with your game. I had years of time and money invested in your game that no longer exists. I will not be advertising it or playing any more games you develop. Thank you for the development of this and the fun it did bring me. This game is well worth playing. Update: I'm farther now than I was before

Excellent take on Endless Sky which you may have never heard of (PC) , call it divine intervention. Tips: give individual control of thrusters (little buttons near the joy stick) for enhanced control, lower the store costs to a more arcade amount befiting the modern dollar "valueflation". 25¢ was the ol'arcadium price in the late 1900s/ early MiL, try that. $8 in modern economy is alot to spare when it means so little food to have $8. 25¢, 15¢ , 1¢, these prices will get more DevTip and add up!

A good game in general but the reasons it deserves 3 stars are the fact that you can't have multiple of your AI controlled ships to you in battle. Some ships are way too powerful to take on alone no matter what you equip yours with and more keep coming the longer the battle lasts. Also, planet exploration should be adjusted. You either give us the option of auto exploration or you tone down the ships presents. Sometimes you can even encounter a capital ship during exploration.

This was a huge childhood game of mine and I recently ed it and, oh boy, do I feel both nostalgia and love from this game. The map and types of encounters feel endless and the fact that I can design my own ships to my liking is wonderful. Despite the praise, there is a few things that I'd like: More music! I love the indie, space feel of the music and I want more. There is also a bug where drones/clones attack the host ship (me). It's annoying and it being fixed would be amazing.

Lots of possibilities, but a very fun little time waster! Update: Unfortunately, with the continously changes the player has gotten weaker and less customizable, now I spent stars on ships I won't be able to use for a long time, I'm very dissapointed in the update that didn't take into that the player would have spent a lot of money that is now wasted.

This game is pretty phenomenal. It's got a steep learning curve, if (like me) you don't bother much with wikis (in point of fact, I still don't know if there even is one), but the sheer quantity of customization is mind-blowing. Pick a ship you like, deck it out the way you like, configure the controls the way you like (no excuses for whining about them; if you don't like them, change them), and have a blast!

Can't stop playing this game. It's hard, there's a lot of farming involved but so worth it. Once apon a time there was a game on the Megadrive called Star Control, this is that game but much, much more. Awesome game that you can play without too much need for in app purchases. Question? Where have all the snowflake credits gone? I was saving them up for a Santa Claus blueprint and now they've all gone?
