This is really the next level of metal slug if you are an old fan. The concepts are the same as always and they're way better than the old versions. Update : it doesn't Worth Playing anymore . They decided to level up all the low profile to 110 and above for no reason and now they're as same as powerful s who wasted their time leveling up 24/7. Don't waste your time

At first it was very fun to play! But 250 USD for a skin? A lot of super costly p2w mechanics... Lately the game crashes a lot, the last two events had major bugs, first one was claimable to infinity wich somehow ruined the economy, second one was just not working as intended... This game has nice looking graphics, a lot to do on a daily basis but the hyper overpriced store and the consistent crashes and not working content makes the game really frustrating for me.

This isn't just a new version of metal slug. This is an insane mmo type revamp of the original game. It's just incredible how they've managed to reconstruct the arcade series into something this inteiquite. The leveling is incredible, and the graphics are just perfect and they kept all the original music. Only thing that's a negative is that it's addicting as all hell. Other than that amazing experiance 👍.

I'd give it a five star if the burnout wasn't an issue. So much to do, so many tasks to complete, so many mini games and game modes all together. Don't get me wrong it's an amazing game that plays and looks well. My issue is that I'd spend hours on this game and there would still be objectives to complete if I haven't done them already. I'd go in circles around the main plaza trying to compete my dailies but eventually I'd just stop playing the game days straight. The HUD in the plaza is a mess.

I've been yearning for another metal slug since X on my PS2. I LOVED that game and this series and it broke my heart that it might be a forgotten one. Fortunately, this jump to 3D is EXACTLY what it needed for a modern release. The creators obviously had fun with this formula and love went into every little detail that was brought over from the original games. The music is rad, the graphics are phenomenal, the gameplay is new yet classic, and the announcer still says "Roket Louncher" the same!

This is getting worse. The cross platform event promised a reward but gave out a lesser reward. Edit: 08/22 Some of the game event's rewards cannot be completed or claimed. It shows glitches that it is copied from another game as the original language (not English) is shown in game. The game is definitely not ready to be released. Too many bugs, too mamy oversights.

I used to love the original as a kid, but my god... This is just too much 😵 I know it sounds like many options are good, but you have soooooo many events/upgrades/team games/collectibles, that half of the time in the game is spent on navigating through the different screens to upgrade, and the rest is trying to figure out what the heck is going on. Just let us play the original style without these useless, annoying things no one asked for...
