Very clumsy to use and does not list many of the options required, like the Seniors Card. I was asked to scan a QR code, but have no idea of which QR code or where to scan it from. There is no option to enter my Seniors card number.

The digital wallet for driver's licence and working with children check is a good idea. But twice now when I've wanted to access it, I've been forced to update the app first. This is really annoying when someone is waiting to see your ID and you don't have WiFi. Please make updating the app optional, at least for a single use.

The number times I logged out from this app then asked to log back in via the website (which also doesn't work) is beyond me now. Two complaints already filed with services Victoria and still the same issue! I am just better off carrying my physical license now. #painful experience with just trying to get in now.

The app always says "something went wrong" when pulling up my WWCC I'm using the latest version of the app v1.43.1 and shouldn't have these issues to say the least the cards themselfs should be locally saved as not to require a dependency to the server if something like this should happen

pointless app that doesn't connect to other services and Simply pushes you to browser based pages. Complete waste of time ing and setting up.

Utter Carp. Cannot wipe data. Cannot delete the app. Cannot update the app. Cannot get my COVID certificate to link with mygov. Tried logging out, clearing the app cache under settings then uninstalling the app, then restarted the phone. Installed the app and it STILL shows my favorite check in locations! Now I'm reading that I have to install the Medicare app as the gubberment seems to think that they need me to have that on my phone too. I hate this.

Not able to Vax certificate using IHI service via mygov. Have tried all options but it fails everytime with network error on my android phone. I followed the same process and it has worked for my wife on her android phone. See a lot of people struggling with this issue randomly, it would be great to hear resolution steps for better use of the app. Thanks in anticipation.
