Works well in general, but it's too easy to accidentally cancel the ride via notification and also it's impossible just to choose a point on a map as a departure or destination, so if you're in a poorly mapped settlement (like Smotrych at the moment), you can choose only one of the few mapped locations, and the closest one may be uncomfortably farther away from the desired location.

This app makes my life easier. I can now order taxi without personal communication on phone, it eliminates mistakes in addresses that operators on phone could make. Also no cash payment anymore. I can track my expenses for taxi easily now. Great job!

Very bad, avoid this app. Didn't have information about the taxi, driver called me when I already was in another taxi and was very rude. Then the driver marked ride as completed and I paid for it. I sent an email to helpdesk with explained situation and haven't get any response. Avoid!

It's a scam service. Ordered a taxi with child seat for a baby less than 3yo, added cost - 20 PLN (~4.5 EUR). Taxi driver arrived without any child seat and said it's not mandatory. It may be not mandatory for driver's children, but when you try to go the safe way and pay for it, it's disappointing to face such behaviour.

this app and system got issues! trips cancels by itself, drivers are rude and can get angry if some issue occur in app, many bad incidents happen because of this app, is very limited or not care, don't recommend

There is no possibility to separate financial phone number and one to call you back in the app. E.g. you have roaming SIM with VISA card and local one for app.

Even worse than the old app. Can't enter any adress. Can't check my bonuses. Maybe its time to try a different taxi app.

I speak very little Ukranian. I know enough to tell them where I am and where I want to be dropped off. I have also indicated on the map. I tell them I don't know a lot of Ukranian. They speak really fast and ask me a bunch of extra questions that I don't understand. I ask them to repeat slowly and they hang up on me. I will never use this service again! I have no issues with BOLT.
