This is the worst remote app ever!! It forces a subscription by not being able to use the volume by having to subscribe. And when you do...it not only disconnects from the TV when you push a button but boots you off the whole app and takes you back to the home screen... EVER TIME!! Don't create a pay-for and it is useless. You're getting paid even if the app is deleted. What a mess.

Very good app and customer service. I had an issue with the app half working literally only half the screen was working 🤣 i thought it was my phone but not even 48hrs later there is a new app update ! Wow! I am however having troubles finding the subscribe button and how to cancel. I'm not deleting the app but want almost on pause I have kids I'll definitely be back 🙃

I'm frustrated because it doesn't stay on. I can start a movie or a show but if I don't set the sound within a few minutes I am no longer have access to the remote. So I can't adjust the sound without loading the remote and starting all over going back and finding the show. It's very frustrating. I can't pause it. I have to watch it when I'm watching it and not leave because otherwise I have to start all over.

You can't locate your sign in credentials at all. Remote times out after a bit, and you have to start all over if you simply want to change the channel. Buying a regular remote instead. Also, just recently, after paying an annual cost, my remote app no longer works. I need a customer service phone number please.

Trash. It isn't free. Don't . You cannot control the stupid volume without paying an insane amount. I would be better off buying a whole new remote. Stupid scamming devs. It would be better to make us pay for the app before we . But no you have to hide the fact you're just trying to take our money. EDIT: Not gonna liars. And if you need a good remote just use the actual roku remote app it allows for full control without paying anything.

This app pushes WAY too hard for a subscription. I only needed an app to use my phone to control my Chromecast as a remote. Unfortunately, I can barely navigate to the app I wanted because after a few clicks, it shows a full screen popup with subscription options. After waiting for the close icon to show up, you can close and continue before it begs you to subscribe again. If you don't pay attention to your phone's screen, you might click on a subscribe option. It's borderline predatory.

Could never get it to connect to my TV. I needed the remote because I couldn't find mine. You have to do all this ing and go to this screen on your TV. I couldn't go anywhere on my TV because I had lost the remote!! Nothing but a power button on the TV. No volume buttons to move to the left or right. I'll try it on another TV but so far not happy. App isn't very friendly in my option either

Guys don't !! If you need a remote go to the real roku mobile App which is free this app is not working. I want to them and when I press on said option through the app it just opens up an email w no email for them. It cost 24 a year and still doesn't work. I want my refund!!! When I tried to cancel before being chsrged it kept telling me no subscription is found. I will be going to the bank to file a report and get my money back😡😡😡
