The older versions of the app were much better than the most recent ones. Despite the worsening of the interface, I was at least able to enjoy the sound teaching on the app...until now! Now the app just randomly shuts down every few minutes, making it less of an enjoyable experience...hope this is fixed soon, so i can continue to listen...sometimes, as the saying goes, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." (pardon my English).

This comment is only about the app. I watch the videos when they are available rather than just listen to the audio. It is frustrating to be watching and if I accidentally close the screen or even if I press the pause button, and close the screen, when I return to the video, it does not have resume setting. The programs start all the way back to the begining. Even if I complete the program there isn't evidence that I did.

I loved this app before the last several updates. Now it's nothing but trouble. The sermons used to show as completed when they finished and now they revert to not listened to. Also, if I pause an episode, and someone calls or I hang up a call, the sermon restarts, and in a public place, this is not good. And now when I turn off most Bluetooth devices I may be listening to, the sermon continues on the phone speaker where before it would pause automatically. I love Alistair's messages.

I love the teaching ministry, and the app as a whole, however, this morning I was unable to open the app. When I touch the icon, the load screen comes up, then the app stops. I have sent a report via Google (?), but I thought it may get to you faster from here. I have a Samsung Note 9, running the latest update, with Verizon as my carrier. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, to no avail. Please help in resolving this issue. I really missed hearing about the Kingdom of God! soli deo gloria

Update: I ed the newest version and it is working as wonderfully as it did before. Thank you greatly for your help and ! I love this program and have appreciated listening to this preacher over the last few years. However since the newest app change, it won't let me listen to a sermon all the way through. I've tried several times to refresh and start over. It won't begin again no matter how many times I try to play it.

I can appreciate wanting to update an app, but this is not better than the previous version. The interface is much worse now. Only the pause button works on the lock screen. I have to unlock my phone every time I want to go back 30 seconds or more. When unlocked, if I pull down the notifications menu the pause menu isn't available, only tells me what I'm listening to. I have to pull the tab down a second time to see the controls. When paused, it disappears from the drop down menu so I have to go back to the app to resume playing. This app no longer contains the quick menu to return to what I had been listening to, which was one of the best features of the previous app. I now have to search through archives to continue, and it doesn't keep track where I was, just starts over. Like others, the sermons randomly stop for me, to the point where it becomes pointless to use this app. The previous TFL app was great. I would like to continue listening, but can't do so until this new app is more accessible like the previous and all the bugs are removed. Honestly, I'd prefer the old app be available to use, it was far better.

The old app was much better, but even though this new one has been a bit of a downgrade up until now, somehow it's suddenly become even worse. s now lock up the rest of the app functions until completed, which is unfortunate, because s always take two attempts to actually save to my phone, every time, no matter what. Come on guys, get it together! The quality of the preaching is the only thing that makes the hassle worth while. Otherwise I would've uninstalled it long ago.

Please fix the app! I loved the old one and listened to sermons every morning but now the player cuts out at the last 5 min. Very frustrating. Thanks it seems to be working fine now!!!
