We believe that if your computer keyboard doesn't ask for internet access, neither should your mobile keyboard. FUTO Keyboard is a modern keyboard app with voice input that is completely offline and never connects to the internet, in order to ensure your privacy and security.

FUTO Keyboard contains modern features such as autocorrect, voice input and swipe typing. It is also configurable to suit your personal taste.

Note: FUTO Keyboard is currently under construction and in "open testing". Some features, such as swipe typing, theming, autocorrect are unfinished. You may also run into some bugs and crashes. We appreciate reports and and we are actively working on the app to make improvements.

Really wanna love this keyboard. It's almost everything i wanted. But its lack of Chinese, Korean, and Japanese kills it for me. As a Multilingual person these are necessities. Saw voice models for these languages on the website so I thought they'd be available but was let down a little bit. Please correct me if I'm wrong, I'd be happy to be proven wrong. If you use one of the languages provided, I think you might love the keyboard

Impressive functionality overall but still missing some important polish. It works well so far, and I'm keen to FUTO making fair and privacy focused software, but the autocorrect functionality keeps missing words that it should obviously be able to correct. Also you MUST add the ability to show alternate symbols/numbers in the corner of the letter keys (Edit: Rating adjusted to reflect recent changes). The voice recognition is phenomenal.

I think this is a great alternative to Gboard. The swipe typing is not nearly as good as the touch typing, but the keyboard is very servicable. The speech to text is surprisingly good. I like the little extra touches here and there, like long pressing X/C/V for cut/copy/paste. The fact that it doesn't collect or transmit data is a super bonus!

Voice to text is excellent and I'm using it right now to type this sentence. Now in (I'm) trying their spite (swipe) with manual edits in parentheses. This was a key reason I stopped using it in the first O'Keefe (place), it's definitely better, especially with long words, and they resolved their problem elev (with) missing the first leftest (letter) of the store (swipe). But as you can SSR (see) accuracy all (still) needs some work.

This keyboard is very good, but it's just not ready for multilingual s. It's fast and fluid, but it is wildly impractical to switch languages constantly. Either add an option to merge different layouts/languages into one of just enable a single language to use multiple dictionaries. It seems like an easy fix that would make the app usable for multilingual s. Swiftkey and Heliboard do a good job.

I love all the features and options to make the keyboard work the way I want it to. Much better at recognizing my misspellings, local brand/store/people names and I really like the fine tuning of the keyboard layout and sizing. I also lile that it is one step away from the Google/Android surveillance "features" that cannot be disabled in our devices.

Finally a gesture typing enabled keyboard, that does not also swipe all my privacy into data centers for "further processing". The keyboard offers all the extra gems i need and it feels like it's loading and progressing faster than Gboard or SwiftKey. -⭐ for the reliability of gesture typing: Seems like the algorithm does not progress the context, hence chooses wrong words very very often!

Updated 01/05/25 The layout for the Icelandic keyboard has been addressed. Now what I am waiting for is multilingual dictionaries. Once that is implemented, I suspect this will become my main keyboard. One little feature that would be nice is making it where, when I tap a word, the cursor moves to the end of that word. Thanks for getting back to me!
