In general I am very satisfied. However, there are improvements in the details. It would be nice, for example, if you could dictate punctuation marks. I have already suggested this to twice or asked if it is possible. However, I never received an answer. Another suggestion for improvement would be to allow the text to scroll while transcribing.

Fantastic app. I used to use Netmemo until it was removed from the app store and this app was suggested as an alternative. It is much more robust than Netmemo and it works great. Just reintroduced, you can also choose to have your voice memo emailed to you as a file, a link to listen to it on a web page, or both. On top of this they have great tech and actually listen to suggestions.

Thank You! VoNo is the closest thing I can find to the deceased NetMemo app. I’m giving it 5 stars just for that reason. I would gladly pay for a pro version that facilitates multiple sending configurations that allow me to customize the recipient email and/or the subject line content with the added ability to include a timestamp in the subject (time the memo was recorded, not the time it was finally sent). These things make it easier for me to setup rules in Outlook for directing memos based on categories (e.g. Tasks, Customer service notes, Personal etc..). …and finally maintaining just two clicks; one to start recording and one to send the memo is important to me. With NetMemo, that was accomplished via Widgets which eliminated the possibility of the need to scroll if you had several configurations.

Finally! A one-button-press note to self app. When I'm driving and want to leave myself a quick note, I don't need or want something complicated with lots of flexibility. This app does it right. Just open the app, start talking, and press one button when you're done. An email with my note is waiting in my inbox when I get to the office. Thanks!

I just tried it out. Seems like an excellent app for sending myself notes or voice messages. The only app I have which can play the voice file via email is google music. I really dont want google listening in on my personal notes, though, so does anyone know of another app which will play the file directly from email? And it should have an option to either pause recording on silence, or to strip it out before sending. That would be SWEET.

Product seems very easy to use and generally works well. Few issues tho. The link within the app, and the email shown above are not functional. Problems I noticed in the app are: 1. First sentence memo letter is lower case by default. Should be upper case. 2. Apple app does not seem available to US customers for some unknown reason. Was hoping and planning to also put on my iPad. 3. I do not receive a link or the audio file in the emails, despite that choice in the app

Voice recognition is excellent. Speed is great, true to its claim. Deserves 5 star, but for one issue, which I'm describing below. If I'm dictating a long memo or note (speech to text), it is but natural that I may wish to add a sentence or two somewhere in between. However, when I place the cursor at the desired place and begin to dictate, it starts typing at the end by default. I think one should be able to control where in the given text one wishes to type. Thanks for a great app anyway.

Works well it's fast & easy. A nice big button starts the microphone and a nice big button sends it to your email. Perfect for a quick message on the go or at a red light. The problem with most messaging apps is that they create a special folder that you have to check on. Well this goes to your email so you will definitely see the message.
