since the last update, I haven't been able to access any rewards as it's now saying my details don't match, but they are still the same as when I first signed up. I've tried emailing for help, only to be told, after waiting for a week, to go to their problem page, which i had already done. I just need some advice, which nobody seems able/wants to give.

Okay so the new update was fine coz you get more games and it looks better but I CAN'T ACCESS MY NOW. I keep trying to but it won't allow me anymore. Payout changed to 15 euros up so it's frustrating how it stops working right when I'm close to 15 :( please fix this and I will change my review back. Please fix it, some of us use this just so we can get extra for some necessities.

A lot of these "pay" apps are obviously owned by the same people under different names. Nice scam. They get more than they give so it works out for them. Same look, same set up, same boring games that you would have to well, pay someone or trick someone into playing. Oh yeah, same bad actors in cheap ads that people would see right through on t.v. & might even be illegal on t.v. LOL

I got 10$ back then but when I wanted to withdraw there was commission for 1$ so I deciced to delay the withdrawal till 15$ but the updates continued to come and now when I wanted to wd, this ap asked about the email of paypall which seemed ok with that but then it asked the (VERY WEIRD) , then asked the OTP with the sms sender is Indonesian name without number and I could not click the number. BE AWARE THIS IS YOU KNOW SCAM! My money also got stuck there and only wasted my time!!

In order to redeem rewards it requires you to provide phone number, after that it requires you to complete a ID Verification process using a government-issued ID using a 24 hours available link. Looks like a scam. No thanks and uninstall!

It used to be a really nice and trustful app but after the last big updated i have barely been able to do 1 or 2 surveys max this month.. Barely no surveys when i was able to do at least 5 per week before the update. Plus a bunch of weird permissions for your camera, files, phone numbers, etc that the app ask you now.. Pretty bad sadly, it used to be my favourite..

When I started to use the app, it was pretty good, after an update it was still okay, but now (again after an update) I cannot even to my anymore! I've tried everything, also the reset, but I've never received an email to change my . I'm very disappointed.

After logging in, the main page stalls while loading and shows nothing. Other pages from the menu load fine. So I cannot do any surveys. Clearing the cache and relogging does not help.
