As SEVERAL others keep saying: Almost Impossible to without multiple devices. When you check email to get the code, the keyboard disappears and will not return. Even using preview, same thing. The ONLY way I got it to work was to quickly type a random number before the email notification came. Then once I got the code, clicking on that random number I typed made the keyboard reappear long enough to erase that and type the code. Fix it if you want more people to use the app.

It was convenient to deposit, but withdrawing and cashing out is complicated and error-prone. Random errors saying things like "we're experiencing delays in cloud" and customer basically ignore my questions and make very brief, unhelpful, and vague suggestions ("Did you try restarting the app?"). It's been weeks of back and forth with trying to withdraw my money to no avail. I have a computer science degree, and this should not be hard. They're playing with people's money...

Buggy Can't even . After entering verification code, prompts to enable touch or face ID but no option to allow it. EDIT Now I can't even enter the verification code. Input boxes are there but not keyboard to enter the code. This app is awful.

A few minor issues when attempting to setup. When leaving the app to get the authenticator code from the email it then won't let the keyboard appear to type in the code unless you already type the number in. it also took 3 or 4 attempts of closing and reopening the all to setup "Touch ID". Apart from that the app looks good!

Even though the interface is nice and the trade experience is smooth, the taxes on every transaction are hefty and totally absurd. The app doens't allow to transfer USDT and forces you into a loop of conversions and taxes.

Won't allow to my driver's licence. I click the icon to select the file and it does nothing! Restart the phone, reinstall the app - nothing. Can't myself and can't buy anything. Fail!

Predatory app. Makes you believe a token is on the rise only to crash every single time you invest. This is by design. They send you notifications that an assest is trending to get your attention. Assest holders are notified via other networks that the tokens are now on Moonshot and that's their cue to dump their holdings at the expense of the Moonshot "investors". This app should come with a warning ⚠️

It is impossible to sign up using one device. The keypad dissappears after trying to check the verification code. Are we serious here? Seriously, amutuer coders could have this straightened out. Get it together. What a joke.
