Sloooooow (July 6, 2020). Update: Don't have to apologize, just make the application run efficiently without all the other uneccessary options, the repeated screens and non-assistive details. Copy and paste examples from other tracking apps to make this one work better. We have no choice but to accept this app because it becomes a requirement and not an option in some cases. My rating still stands. (July 24, 2020)

To date... This has to be the most disappointing tracking app that i have used. It does not discontinue tracking once the load is complete. I keep getting "CarrierLink is draining your battery at a high rate" and have to force-close it. The multi-stop loads are always in the wrong order. I arrived at the first stop today, the load automatically showed i had already departed my 4th stop. I gave the rating 1 start only because there wasn't a no stars option. ... Thank You for the quick response. I am looking forward to working with you to resolve the issue.

This app has a mind of its own. It just pops up on the top of my phone and wont go away. The logo in top corner where the notifications are. When it is showing, it is also seeming to drain my battery. Its supposed to be linked while I am on loads with certain brokers. I have had multiple instances where its seeming to be tracking me when it shouldnt. I dont get it. I have like 13 of these tracking apps and this one takes the cake. The only one I cant seem to shut off when it goes rogue.

I had to install this app for a load. The "verification code" never came through. Couldn't use app. I hardly ever receive spam calls, but the next day I received 23 spam/phishing/scammer calls. If they want to track you, your company can deal with that. I don't know for sure if this was the cause, but I haven't ed any apps in months and just as soon as I this it has been NON STOP with spam calls.

For this load I was asked to DL both Fourkites & Macropoint. Made me wonder which one their thinking of replacing. Because other wise 2 tracking apps is ridiculous. After seeing my previous review. My guess is this is the app their thinking of replacing. OLD: The companies that use this service seem to call more often for updates then companies that don't use this service. Which makes this service useless. Or so it seems to me. The service itself is ok. But I get more phone calls not less.

Why does it take so long to open and retrieve load info? Also would be helpful and time efficient when you do finally wait for it to stop buffering for it to have info the info that is needed to run the load. Example.. pickup numbers and pre cool temp. You really need to fix this loaded problem. It freezes up the phone to the point where you have to do a restart.

Annoying. Any phone restart wants this app to run in the background. Active load and you only set it to "use gps only when app is active" it sends up continuous prompts. If im not using your app, and especially if im not on your load, you do not need to track me. 20 years ago it was all by pay phone. You dont need constant communication and tracking to get things done.

Stupid Design. I set it up, number and name. It sends a link. I go to retrieve the link, I have to start again, number and name, they send another link, invalidating the link I just recieved. Enough already. I am working. Not playing cat and mouse with a computer. Plus. Even after I finish a load. I have had this app before, it continues to run in the background tracking me. I do not like anything tracking me when our business is through. Even in the shadows.
