This is a great app, and I've used it almost every day for 3 years. I noticed such a difference in my strength and flexibility in the first two weeks. The only thing I would change is the 14 day programmes. When you reach 14 days on basic or strong body, you have to reset all your progress and achievements or it will keep repeating the last day. Other programmes that concentrate on specific areas would also be great.

I bought the full version and it was totally worth it. It does what it says, guides you through excercise. You have several pre-set programs, but you can also design your own workouts. Plus the app can keep track of additional parameters, like measurements.... You can set reminders and there are some achievements to reach of you excercise regularly : )

Great variety and selection of exercises for a quick workout. I'm new pilates and am really enjoying doing the exercises. They are challenging sometimes which is great, feels like I'm actually doing something for my body! Really appreciate there is a free version too! Like that you can modify the time of the exercises and have clear instructions. Good job!

Big fan of this app to keep me active at home. There are lots of different moves and the animation does a good job demonstrating them, though the verbal instructions are less clear. After paying for the pro version, which was only a one time charge if a couple dollars, I love that I can customize my own workouts with any of the moves I want. While I think a lot of the pre-programmed workouts are too short, I can always do multiples in a day or make my own workouts.

Straightforward and easy to use. I put my sim in a new phone though and my progress & measurements did not transfer across, so having a proper to save your details and progress would be useful. I like the short routines though. I just double up each time to get a bit of a better session. Great for a free app though, especially for an unfit beginner like me. Just to do a stretch afterward! My legs were v achy after just the first two sessions (because I'm rather unfit!!! 🤣).

I only just started using the app for a few days and I'm liking it so far. There is a great variety of exercises (with easy to understand visuals and instructions) and easily customisable. I also like the app that is designed to highlight achievements and encourage me to push my boundaries. The only thing that I'd suggest to improve on is the voice (sounds like a robot) and more obvious alerts about taking breaks between exercises (I had to keep checking the screen to get the prompt)

I love the app, its -friendly... The instructions are clear and the tutorial as well. I didnt know that I could do a simple workout before work without feeling drained. Instead, it made me feel energized and noticably lessen my spinal pain. Would love if my progress could be sync to my garmin watch though.

The app is great to add variety in to a workout routine. I like that the results are based on measurements and photos rather than weight. I also enjoy how's much guidance is given for doing the workouts so it is easy to follow along with. I also have a Fitbit so the adjustable times for exercise and rests is very useful when tracking exercise.
